NeedHelp

Hey. I am doing my School Research Project on 'How does temperature alter the rate at which bananas rot. I have the hypothesis that the more hot the temperature, the quicker it will rot, but i need to show research and why this happens etc but i cant find anything. Will someone please help me. Thankyou!
