  1. I'm not telling you where to get an "explination", you muppet, I'm telling you where to get help. Seek proper medical attention - i.e. take her to a hospital. 15 siezures in 2 days is not normal for a 3 year old child, and anonymous internet characters are not the best people to ask for medical advice (and that's not even getting into the culpability issues).

The additive could be sugar. All it does is reduce the viscosity of the oil, so that it is easier to start in cold weather. In fact you can buy electric heater modifications that remove the need for additives.
  3. Iirc birds have nucleated red blood cells. Not sure about reptiles.
  4. The piece of paper the answer to that is written on costs $3,000.

More people ought to have decent barristers. That's how you make a precedent system work.
  6. Fewer people. Tsch.
  7. I think there is already a thread on this.
  8. It's no less appropriate than those ghastly videos that appear on the net, showing people being mown down by attack helicopters with vulcan cannons mounted on them, accompanied by ragey rock music.
  9. Zazzzoom has been quality controlled the hell out of here.
  10. I think your colour scheme has melted the command pathways.
  11. Read many evolutionary biology texts recently?

Introduce him to the concept of the GPS satellite network.
  13. But individuals don't evolve - populations do. Perhaps selective pressure from the mods will weed out the weak posting genes.

Biofuel is fairly widespread in the UK, and I have heard various people talking on the radio about paying a few extra pennies tax for their vegetable oil, so perhaps only the stupid and lazy ones were actually prosecuted. Having said that, the last time I heard this discussed on the BBC was six months ago, and the article you posted is from 2002, so something may well have changed since then. The law can't tax you twice for using the road - if the car has paid-up road tax, it should be able to be powered by Peruvian screaming badgers if that's what makes it run well. The fuel tax applies to retail sales of petrochemicals, surely.
  15. A lot of big businesses love initiatives like this - it means they can make cutbacks and lay off staff, and have a nice convenient government programme (which incidentally happens to be in an area they'd like to see f off and die) to blame in the popular press.
  16. Build upwards. Or maybe downwards.
  17. Genetics doesn't have a lot to do with it. Manipulating your diet and sleeping patterns and allowing enough time for recovery is vitally important to laying down muscle, and it's the bit most people leave out.
  18. That's why I said "we" and not "he"...
  19. We had problems with our router's DHCP when we had both LAN and WAN nodes connected to it. With just one or the other it worked fine.
  20. Yes, I did notice. But a spade is a spade, and the second one came after a warning. Let's not blow this out of proportion.
  21. They must be thinking of using pretty crappy panels
  22. If only one swan exists, how can 99% of them be white? Unless Johnny went around and killed all but one of them, in which case his neck will answer to Queen Elizabeth.
