  1. "Plenty of" is a bit vague. More than the total death toll from both bombs?
  2. First question, many people set up their IRC client so that other users cannot see their IP. Obviously you can't hide it completely or you would not be able to interact with the IRC server. Second question, YT was wrong. Only mods and admins can see those details. As for #44 and #45, I'd prefer not to sit teaching you to use twenty year old network tools - it's gone one in the morning here. I suggest you learn about network structure and DNS, it will answer all of your questions.
  3. Japan were already ****ed by the time the bombs dropped. They knew it, and so did the rest of the world.
  4. SFN don't "own" the IP of the server the site is hosted on, the hosting company do.
  5. Oh I see. The standard solution is to use a [acr=Virtual Private Network]VPN[/acr], but I think there are other ways to do it. Google.
  6. The router has a single IP address, and PCs networked through it are assigned different IP addresses to identify them on your network. Any PC on your network connecting to the internet through the router will appear to have the router's IP.
  7. Your BIOS probably can't detect USB devices (which usually require drivers in order to run).
  8. And how many times have such wooly and non-specific "arguments" been torn to shreds on here?

    Circle.

    Nonsense. I am lovely.
  10. Given that I don't say anything I can't back up, that sarcasm just makes you look like you didn't spend a single second thinking about it.
  11. Oil and its petrochemical derivatives are very much sold in a sellers market. I don't think the owners of gas stations are likely to omit their mark-up Refsmmat, never mind sell fuel for less than they had to pay for it.
  12. I could go on about the willingness of a leader to bombard sovereign soil being no basis for relection, but my guess is that would be futile.
  13. I very much doubt anyone has found dinosaur bones, never mind dino DNA.
  14. If you're going to talk about the things someone did you should probably try to get most of the correct letters in their name.
  15. The goal was to make it clear that America could be successfully targetted and attacked, at any time, even by people who held genuine passports and had lived among "true" Americans. I think they made their point quite well; judging by the fallout it seemed to terrorise the pants off most people.
  16. I think the problem this poll has is that it implies "more spending -> more exploration".
  17. Do apps in the system tray count towards your 3 program limit?
  18. I'm pretty sure we could do all that without spending more.
