I rarely have time any more C&C: Generals and Birth of the Federation are favourites.

Yeah, that's the only reason I'd buy Doom 3 - for the atmosphere. The screen shots from HL2 don't do it justice - there are some short videos demonstrating the gfx out there somewhere, try and get those! The characters look good because their expressions are driven by 40 "muscles".

Basically, Freeman arrives back on Earth to find it ravaged with an alien infestation, and depleted of resources and survivors. I think there's also possibly a love interest, which is interesting for a [acr=First Person Shooter]FPS[/acr]. The physics engine and graphics are absolutely amazing, as is the AI.

The commercial release is not finished yet, that's why. The version you can download will be crappy. The bit-jockey children who think they're downloading games when in reality they are getting a beta that the publishers didn't bother to protect are just funny.

Half Life 2

Assuming we could create dinosaurs in the way that the books suggest, which is not totally beyond the realms of possibility but still very tricky, the biggest problem we would have is constructing a suitable habitat for them (especially the herbivores). The trial and error aspect would be very expensive.

I wouldn't recommend drinking it though.

Well that was disappointing. What gives you the right to demand that people in any kind of mutual' date=' adult relationship "justify" themselves? And even if they did, what gives you the right to determine the standards against which people will be measured? If one is going to take your view, then [b']anyone[/b] in a non-reproductive relationship is "doing something obviously wrong". Taking the "nature intended" approach is doomed to failure, for the reasons already mentioned. Well, see that's where the problem is. Asking for the right to marry is not working outside the bounds, it's asking to be allowed to work within them. The laws of the USA expressly forbid discrimination. The only reason gay people can't marry is because of fundamentalist crackpots, and the millions of people with uninformed opinions like yours*. * No offence intended.

H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide. It is corrosive and highly reactive (to the point of being explosive). It is mutagenic and therefore can be considered a carcinogen if inhaled or ingested, so as a cure for cancer it might not be that helpful. I'd imagine it kills pathogens brilliantly in vitro, but in the human body it's going to do more harm than good.
