The nitrate ion is distinctly awkward and there isn't any simple way of working out its shape. The problem is that it contains a co-ordinate (dative covalent) bond. Around the central nitrogen there are 4 pairs of shared electrons, and no remaining lone pair. The original lone pair has now become a bonding pair. Two of those pairs make up a double bond. The double bond unit and the two single bonds arrange themselves as far apart as possible in a trigonal planar arrangement - exactly the same as the carbonate ion. The phosphorus and and one oxygen are bonded through a double bond which counts as "one electron pair". Hence the molecule has four electron pairs and is tetrahedral. The Lewis diagram is as follows: P = 5 e- O = 6e- x 4 = 24e- 3- charge = 3e- Total electrons = 32 Phosphorus is an atom that may exceed an octet of electrons, P5+ is only slightly larger than S6+ and, hence, like sulfur, forms a tetrahedral anionic (PO4)3-group with oxygen. I hope this explains all if you need more just ask.

Plasmas are conductive assemblies of charged particles, neutrals and fields that exhibit collective effects. Further, plasmas carry electrical currents and generate magnetic fields. Plasmas are the most common form of matter, comprising more than 99% of the visible universe. Plasmas are radically multiscale in two senses: (1) most plasma systems involve electrodynamics coupling across micro-, meso- and macroscale and (2) plasma systems occur over most of the physically possible ranges in space, energy and density scales. As solids Primary natural system is condensed matter, compact (nuclear), liquids PNS is fluid (Navier-Stokes) systems and Plasma's PNS are electromagnetic (Maxwell-Boltzmann) systems.

In terms of molecular dynamics and thermodynamics it is possible to justify various different views that it is a highly viscous liquid, an amorphous solid, or simply that glass is another state of matter which is neither liquid nor solid. The difference is semantic. In terms of its material properties we can do little better. There is no clear definition of the distinction between solids and highly viscous liquids. All such phases or states of matter are idealisations of real material properties. So propety wise glass is a liquid.

As for Atp oxadative phosphoryaltion has the largest output with 32 molecules of ATP... you couldnt feed it, you would use another form or by controlled drugs i.e. glycolisis or Krebs cycle ... kerbs cycle being best idea.. although you cant beat Oxadative phosphorylation.

According to Einstein's theory, approaching the speed of light would theoretically slow time, traveling at the speed of light would make it stand still and traveling faster than the speed of light would reverse time. But Einstein also showed that traveling at or faster than the speed of light is impossible because mass at these speeds becomes infinite. By finding a wormhole and stretching and filling the wormhole with large amounts of negative matter, but the solutions would require enormous amounts of energy and ingenuity. It would also require that scientists find a way of merging Einstein's law of relativity with those laws governing quantum mechanics in a so-called Theory of Everything.

How about "how does 'y = mx + c' relate to the Arrhenius equation?" In context using Arrhenius: lnk = constant – EA/R.1/T or transposed: lnk = -EA/R.1/T + constant The student(s) should be able to increase the research methods and expand the mathematical work. This should be ideal for (18+) mature students. Good Luck

To measure the "stength" so called of this reaction find the energy level using Gibbs. I will so the the equation try and apply it to so the energy (enthalpy). Every chemical reaction results in a change in free energy which we can measure as: DG = G products - G reactants = H products - H ractants - T(S products - S reactants) = DH - TDS G Gibb's free energy (kcal/mol) DGo' Standard free energy (kcal/mol) H heat energy (kcal/mol) T temperature (KelvinO) S entropy (kcal/mol K) R universal gas constant (1.987 cal/mol K) c product, c reactant: concentration of product, reactant (M) K eq: equilibrium constant

By denaturing i mean changing the shape of the protein so that it becomes "usless" as a germ.
-
Ethyl alcohol kills germs by denaturing their protein, which means that germs cannot "mutate" or suddenly become resistant to ethyl alcohol and not be killed by it. Ethyl alcohol has been used to kill germs for centuries now, and no organisms are known to be resistant to it. For the latter i dont know. 70% alcohol and 2% iodine (tincture), is the nest germ killer the use now in surgery.

LMAO @ DUKE Ok sorry for the delay ive had computer issues (all the time lol) SO the sum of 33 pearls is equal to $65000 So Step One: On the right hand side we will say after the first term (a1) the difference is an increasment of $100 each time until the midlle (16), And on the Left hand side we will use $150 increasments after the first term (a1).Call R-h side first term a1 and l-h side first term a2. Step Two: a1 = n - 1 x d1 a1 being first term of r-h side n being the total of terms of side a1 which is 16 d being the difference after a1 which is $100 so: a1 = 16 -1 x 100 = $1500 so the first term on r-h side is 1500 a2 = n - 1 x (d2 -d1) a2 being first term of l-h side n same as above d2 being diff after a2 ($150) d1 diff after a1 ($100) Bit different but easier than quadractics so: a2 = 16 - 1 x (150- 100) =$750 So the first term of left hand side = $750 Final step: for right hand side: middle term = n - 1 x d 1 + a1 = 16 -1 x 100 + 1500 = $3000 and solution for left hand side: middle term = n - 16 x d2 + a2 = 16 - 1 x 150 + 750 =$3000 The most expensive is $3000. Really you only have to do ONE side but im just showing both possibilites here. The long was is inappropriate. This is the best way to solve A.P. binomal equation, and you must learn o use them... i can show you a quadratic if you wish...and just email me or post for any other solutions....gl

wooow OTT this is NOT quadratics this is a simple A.P. so u need to use equations those great thing i will go through step by step

Yes that wold be ideal to see if the potential was changed by the submerged Fe in Salt Water solution

http://www.brookes.ac.uk/geology/8348/8348geot.html is an example, publishes Geological Discoveies (houses Scientific acceptance) http://www.le.ac.uk/physics/research/eos/group/dlj.html (another House of S.A.) www-solar.mcs.st-andrews.ac.uk/~robert/statement.html another very large chemisry University and http://www.atm.ch.cam.ac.uk/tour/atmosphere.html and Cambridge (noted for excellance in scientific research) Im not saying that in America your standards are wrong just in the Uk you would NOT be laughed at, the sheet would be marked correctly.
-
Not at all, try looking at the uk university office for official scientific acceptence (usually located at Oxford University) you will see multiple examples of Degree's Kelvin used, mainly because degree's is just a progression table, and all temperatures progress.

Not that i know of Law dosent have to be applied well not in the Uk

Chlorine changes the comples potential of Fe, so maybe the oxidization took longer, was the sample fully submerged if so then the oxidising reactant potential can take longer or stop, try fractional distillation on the substrate/solute (looking for other surfactants) or maybe an experiment of FeCl submerged for 3 days in sea water solution to see what occurs...gl
-
FAFALONE Degrees Kelvin or Kelvin can be used neither is wrong you will be marked for either in an examination. Degrees is latin/Greek (think quite sure) it just means basicly progression so the progression can be positive or negative Scientificly: variables in a term of a polynomial or polynomial equation(s). So i would never say Degree's Kelvin is wrong,

Im currently studying Bsc/ApFs Applied Science and Fornesic investigation combined with Crime Scene Science and Chemistry... I dont know the reason im sure the site would have the ability to open a section for CSS and FS i summise it would be very popular i'd for certain enjoy FS/CSS topics..... and go for it if you can make sure you have basic knowledge i.e. register for an extended science course (A'Level) will be very helpful and also a math (pure/advanced) would help, as i am currently practicing Pure math after completing Advanced. Gl anyway

Well yes by a strict controlled survey...... but using the EPF standard is tilting forward and applying immediate pressure to affected area, this works perfectly controlled bleeding after 40sec's it should have stoped.... providing there are no haemophilia disorders or any hematological disease.

Tissue oxygen toxicityi s one example, and development of pulmonary atelectasis after acute use of 100% oxygen is another. So if you had LVF or Cardiomyopathy then you would be in a hight percentile of Myocardial Infraction (heart attack).
