Go look at the first response to your OP. Strange posted several citations.

What do you mean by "sustain sugars"? When you eat protein along with sugars and carbohydrates the sugars are broken down more slowly which in turn reduces blood glucose levels. Reduced blood glucose levels are healthier for diabetics and can slow the development of diabetes in those who currently don't have the disease. Eating sugars more frequently would have a negative affect.

My wife grows okra in the garden, and while not my favorite it does taste good fried and in small doses like in a soup or stew. It is a staple in the Southern US but consumed less elsewhere in the country. One of the interesting things about okra is how it was introduced into the South. When slaves were taken in Africa, mothers would often braid okra seeds into their children's hair as a bit of security for their unknown future.

It is also an invented reason to be angry. Adding a word to make it sound bad (be THE best) and then complaining about it is really quite unfair. Surely there are enough things to complain about that really happened.

Welcome Hazard! Hope you enjoy the ride!

Many words also change meaning depending on inflection or body language. When spoken, a 'big' dog is a different size than a 'BIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!' dog. And its 'smelly' poop is a different smell than its 'smelly 🤮' poop. And speaking of poop...

First two laws of Thermodynamics: 1. You can't get something for nothing 2. Even at best you can't break even (Hope I remembered that correctly! 😄)

Speciation occurred in the female parent. The egg is built after fertilization. Therefore the chicken came first. You can be superstitious but you cannot be a little bit stitious.

As I said, I'm not trying to justify any particular event that took place. My comment was about the overall situation, why it exists, and why people are acting in a way that they might not normally act. You can argue that a particular skirmish during WWII was not conducted by the allies in a moral manner, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the cause was just. If you conduct a nationwide movement that is standing up to corrupt authority then unfortunately bad acts will be committed on all sides. I dislike it as much as you do, but I understand why it is happening and recognize that on occasion innocent people will be harmed. Just because a peacefully protesting woman who showed up with her friends in support of BLM was shot in the face with a rubber bullet does not invalidate the efforts of the police to control the situation. But I agree with you that it doesn't make sense that just because a car was set on fire that these innocent people were attacked by the police.

We have a "contract" with those we choose to regulate us, whether it is government, police, or a youth soccer coach. We choose to give some people guns and the authority to use them, but the 'contract' says that in turn they will use their authority in the manner we expect, which includes fairness. In other words, "If you only use your guns and authority on those who are breaking the law, then the rest of us will abide by the law. If you break that contract by doing things like kneeling on someone's neck until they die, then we will no longer be bound by the terms of the contract that restrict us." In broad terms (and not looking at individual events) the police have broken the contract and now there is hell to pay. Today's events in the US are on a smaller scale but no different than the American Revolution, the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, labor unions that violently fought against businesses and a million other events where those in charge oppressed those in their care. Eventually people have enough and fight back. And with my blessing. It is unfortunate that innocent people are harmed in the process but no authoritarian has given up their power because the people asked nicely.

Lots. https://www.pewpewtactical.com/nra-alternatives/ I doubt there will be meaningful change but I'm hopeful that Second Amendment supporters will at least find an organization that actually advocates for what they believe in, including steps to reduce gun violence.

Your article didn't even touch on your claim.

Do you have a citation for that? I'm surprised anyone would even collect such details.
-
Then why did you bring it up in the OP?
-
1. What exactly is this information? 2. Is this information available to us, and if so, in what manner? 3. How does this information impact us?

Wow. That's quite an accusation. Please elaborate on the laws being skirted and what evidence you have.

Rumor has it that you should also avoid consuming or bathing in unknown chemical waste.

Are people that do crime really responsible?Â

The problem with Drakes' simplistic statement is that it seems to dismiss the complexity of this world and boil everything down to a cute little bumper sticker slogan. The law already recognizes that complexity. For example, two different people may kill another person by striking them in a pub. But if one did so because the fellow was of a different race, and the other did so because that person described how he was going to abuse the guy's children, their punishment will be different. And rightly so. If I steal because I am going through a psychotic episode due to a prescribed drug reaction, I obviously should not be held to the same standard as someone who steals because they are showing off for their friends. Where to draw the line is subjective, but at least our justice system is trying to be, well, just. -
How very paternalistic of you.

How do you know that?

I have no idea what you are rambling on about. You are obviously angry but over what or whom is a complete mystery.
