  1. Sounds like you are saying that homelessness or similar problems is due to poor family planning. Did I understand you correctly? Again, can you expand on who the American civilians are that you are referring to? And what law enforcement exactly? And finally, what do you mean by "put them down for good"?
  2. I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken. 😃
  3. Of course you did. You said it right here: You may not have initially been seeking God as the "answer", but you certainly assumed him up front and that obviously came into play. If you had no concept of God to begin with, you would not have concluded 'God' at the end.
  4. What really gets my blood boiling is when I'm eating a banana and it has some of those stringy things on it that didn't come off when I peeled it.
  5. Really? I would have guessed religion. Or maybe racism. Or bigotry.
  6. One of my favorite kinds of posts is the new guy who tells us what we are doing wrong. Right up there with those who compare themselves to Galileo because we don't accept their views on the Flat Earth.
  7. Um, you mean like the police?
  8. For example, 13. Outgrowing any type of elitism, technical or otherwise. How does one test that? What are the success criteria? These sound like grand ideas, not specific goals of a test project. Again, I'm just wondering if more specific goals are in place at this time or if it has not yet progressed to that stage.
  9. Maybe I'm just missing it but I was hoping for something along the lines of: Goals of test city with respect to: 1. Working with existing governments 2. Infrastructure 3. Monetary policy 4. Education 5. Birth Control 6. Developing Venus Project style government 7. etc. Obviously a test city cannot test everything at once but there must be specific goals at this phase. If brought to fruition, the Venus Project seems to be the biggest effort the world has ever seen. I'm curious how an idea for a better world could be implemented in a world that may not want it. Ultimately people are more or less selfish and the people controlling resources now may object to sharing them widely.
  10. What I'm talking about is for example the Venus Project goal of equality for all. Not all governments believe in equality and in fact have laws to enforce inequality. How do you implement in a country whose government is in opposition to your goals? Will you have to pay taxes to existing governments? How do you avoid existing regulations (fire codes, constructions codes, etc.) if they are in opposition to the goals of the Venus Project?
  11. I didn't find anything on the goals of the test city. Do you have the goals that you can share? One of the issues I see is rolling this out in a world that already has infrastructure, government, laws, etc. in place.
  12. A primary reason most cities exist where they do is because of built-in advantages, such as resources, transportation, etc. If those places are already taken how do you find new locations that make sense for new cities?
  13. How do you move from "idea" stage to implementation? Is the Venus Project 'government neutral'? Meaning, is it a challenge to any existing government? Does the Venus Project apply to those who do not live in the cities? If so, how are they included?
  14. Are these cities going to be built on what is currently empty ground?
  15. God's word is "asshole"?!?!
  16. So long. I guess we won't be seeing you anymore.
  17. LOL! Another good Christian! Meet you in hell. 😂
  18. "You are ignored for your cussing."
  19. As opposed to calling people "temperamental", "sheeple" and "bootlicker"? But I do agree that your constant berating of us is rather childish.
  20. Despite the objections of some you deserve all the neg reps you get. Quit your whining and insulting behavior or your time here will be short.
  21. I once heard someone say, "any moron can climb Mt. Everest. It is getting back alive that is the hard part." I suspect the same could be said about Mars.
  22. Can you please provide additional detail? "We account for things" doesn't really tell us much. Same with "construction is automated from the Earth to your house", "all replacements you'll ever need accounted for", and "It's doing it smart".
  23. Yes. That's his point.
  24. Well, it doesn't bother me. I'm tired of wasting my breath on those who refuse data and reason. I've got better things to do.
