Spinning and collapsing as per the model of 'increasing density'.
-
Maybe some dynamic collision/ejection scenario, in the z-direction?¿?¿
-
Maybe the prolate spheroid had enough density, and just sufficient AM, to be collapsing as per this 'spindle points' singularity.

Tell Mokele to rescind his JUDGEMENT.

Y'all are ridiculous.

My thread on 'sounds' was put in the TRASH by Mokele. I received an infraction for rebuffing his stupidity. Take this all to the TRASH, along with your 'infarctions'.

right here dammit.

Long-legged spiders emit squeaks at maybe 2,000 Hertz. I have been a piano tuner and rebuilder for more than thirty years. Cougars scream about an octave lower, raspy but like a human. I find these things very interesting to say the least.

"There must be some way out of here, said the joker to the thief. There is too much confusion, I can't get no relief." I am unsubscribing from everything on this site. If anyone has significant physics to share, send a message. Norm Albers

You disgust me. The last post is gibberish, yes.

Why was my thread on 'sounds' moved to trash? It is quite real. This move is trashy.

Kin selection and homosexuality

I have many friends in Takilma, 50 miles away. They are counterculture, seriously, and I love to party out there. Halloween is like nothing you'll ever see in town. One woman had tennis balls and whatever sewn to the outside of her pants, and a young man was dressed beautifully as a woman. This was upsetting and I loved it. -
General Relativity stress-energy tensor

Yo, dude, let coolness reign. I have cut a little oval wood piece in two and do intend to paint nicely on them. One will be hung behind the toilet, maybe neck-high, and will say, "MEN, BANG HEAD HERE". The other will be a foot lower to the side, and will say simply, "WOMEN". What's a riot is having a party to listen<><><> I shall include thick rubber bumpers. -
General Relativity stress-energy tensor

Yes, congratulations! If you write out the first two lines, which is to say let a=0 and run thru the four b's, and then let a=1 and do it again, you will witness momentum and part of the energy. The seemingly excess accounting is needed when we consider any shear force exchanges, and then too in E&M energies where things go in circles. . . . . . .We may have gotten the kitchen sink part right, but how about the cosmic vacuum?¿?¿ -
General Relativity stress-energy tensor
Norman Albers replied to NowThatWeKnow's topic in Relativity
'v' is velocity of the mass distribution, 'rho', at some point in the field. We start only accounting for identifiable masses. Then we shall further account for energies and the kitchen sink... [math]T^{ab}[/math] is the stress energy tensor, expressed as a 4x4 matrix (rank 2), which is to say how much stress and energy of all types identifiable in our theory, are present here and there. Go one step at a time. -
General Relativity stress-energy tensor

Yes, write out the first two lines of this expressed matrix, where <a,b> range on <0,1,2,3>. Now think about MOMENTUM and ENERGY, and also circulations... -
350ppm or 450ppm, what is best CO2 target?
Norman Albers replied to scalbers's topic in Ecology and the Environment
As long as I can I shall continue my daily efforts at woodstove home heating. I live in forested land needing clearing of dead and light thinning, plenty of opportunity. I have not had to turn on the heatpump except briefly on a few freezing 4 am mornings. There is much clearing of messy brush and dead crowns on the 3-acre hill beyond my house site. I try to do small burn piles of crowns well broken down after taking usable firewood (2"). The more charcoal the better, yah, for terra preta? -
General Relativity stress-energy tensor
Norman Albers replied to NowThatWeKnow's topic in Relativity
I think I can get you there. This is the representation of mass-energy sources in GR, the right-hand side (RHS) of the equations of non-empty space. Start with the accounting of masses, and since I don't recall at the moment how to write a matrix, look at the 4-vector of velocity distributions defined as: [math]v^a=<c, v^1,v^2,v^3>[/math]. Simply, the tensor is defined, with mass density field [math]\rho[/math], by saying: [math]T^{ab}=\frac \rho c^2 v^a v^b[/math]. There's more but the sun is out. Later! -
Yes Pankaj Joshi is excited for good reasons. He and others have shown the possibility of an inhomogeneous, or non-uniform, stellar distribution collapsing to a singular state with no horizon. He speaks of models with no pressure but with density gradient thinning outwards; he also speaks of a prolate spheroid collapsing to singular "spindle" ends. Impressively when pressure is included the behavior persists. The limit of my knowledge is expressed in the second paragraph in the section "A Lab for Quantum Gravity". This all is exciting, and the article details how a future satellite, the Square Kilometer Array, will be able to resolve the very near details which would show evidence possibly supporting Joshi, or maybe Puthoff, or maybe the rest of us. Stay tuned. I should say, or/and's.

The spider, a long-legged one in my tiled shower, emitted a little squeak a few octaves above middle C, presumably saying "don't start the water and flush me." First I thought, sure I've been tuning too many pianos. I had not yet started the water and crouched down next to it on the floor, and it squeaked again, twice, so I moved it outside. The cougar shrieked, warning me to stay away from it and its two cubs. I no longer blunder outside after dark to take a wizz. The red fox has me feeling ignorant. I first met it last winter when I was stacking some sticks down in the drainage. It was adolescent and looked at me from 15 feet away. I stayed crouched, talked softly, and it started walking to me. Halfway it caught itself and stopped. This past Sept. I was loading things into my station wagon one mid-morning, and the fox appeared. They have an air voice, "AAh-ah aah ah" sort of thing. After carrying on most of a minute, with me answering saying yes I am leaving, my beautiful friend, it moved a few feet and continued. I was stunned but now I am wondering if it was complaining about the cessation of all my watering. Maybe I should have just dripped a hose instead of marveling at it.

I have spoken with long-legged spiders; I have exchanged briefly with cougars; I have talked at two-minute length with red fox. I want to know what other people have experienced.

I am sorry all this chaos was left in. Here is hopefully a real, live joke. I have spent many hours' work thinning a green buffer zone between me and a neighbor in back. There was much dead and we have dry summer fire seasons. Then one can do levels of thinning like a good haircut, with everything growing nicely for the next few years. I made a point to go meet the folks so they would know who was thrashing around within their sight. We agreed on our forestry visions and I am mostly done. Thirty or so feet on his land is a tall dead hardwood madrone with one half leaning toward me so I mentioned it as a fire concern which I would be happy to take out, since it's my preferred firewood. He at this point was not helpful, and said only, we have done all the clearing we want to. I am feeling increasingly annoyed so I shall the next time I see him, engender the following conversation: "I do think it's good that you don't have to watch me coming out to take a leak, and also that I don't have to witness your sex acts on the kitchen table, don't you?" I think he will answer, "We do not have sex in view on the kitchen table!" I will respond, "Then that was not you, eh Kirby?"

[bIGTEETH] In some ways yes.

THIS IS A BAD JOKE, but I am only presenting a very real situation. I moved to a new place four months ago. I thought I followed the well-written large twelve-step statement to initialize phone and DSL web. It showed using your own phone tape as a choice, etc. Well I got no incoming calls for a month and a half. Callers were told "my voice-mail" was not set up. WE got that finally straightened out, and then a month later I noticed I could not dial out other than 1-800... We are trying now to straighten this out. I am tired beyond niceness at the phone contact system. Gladly a service person, Karen, deals with me in e-mail. What just happened is TOTALLY NUTS: "OK, Norm, I need your phone number to get into your account and then I will call you tomorrow at whatever time you tell me. Just let me know, as I have to go back on the phones now. They usually only give us 10 - 15 minutes off the phones. Looking forward to talking with you and getting this issued fixed for you. Thanks, Karen" ...........................................The revolution will not be kind to QWEST phone company. Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergedMY RESPONSE: "Do you realize you just told me that my phone company does not know my number. Jesus God, I am going to get some mileage out of this on ScienceForums.net Jokes thread." I sent this URL. . . . . . . . . CORRECTION: We just got the long distance hookup right, and now I am asking about ocassional loss of DSL modem configuration. I like to pull the power plug to release the modem when I am done looking outward. This is the response to my questions. Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergedIn the cool light of morning, I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office. I have been through too much bad service from this company and know I lost piano business because of it. Have a nice day everyone.

In Roger Penrose's book The Road to Reality, p.425, I read of "...Lambert's sphere of imaginary radius." When I complete reading this tome I will be on a different level of discussion. I am meditating on the 3-vector in real space which characterizes the degenerate metric form, and also on the complex 3-vector characterizing nullspeeds. This is true inside an event horizon, if you look at tangential propagation, and also in the AM case. It is the Eddington term which complicates involvement of dr and so only in such differentials do we face an imaginary nullspeed.
