  10. 25 mL of 1.6 M acetic acid : 0.025 L * 1.6 mol acetic acid / L = 0.04 mol acetic acid; for the molarity you have to b given volume of solvent the acetic acid will be dissolved in 10 mL of 0.160 M sodium acetate : 0.01 L * 0.16 mol sodium acetate / L = 0.0016 mol sodium acetate

  15. kenel, check this out.
  16. dS = C ln (T2 / T1) C = heat capacity. then, dG = dH - T dS so i got it wrong on the test.
  17. thanks. hope dS wasn't given to me on the exam then.
  18. Can I calculate dG with dH and without dS?
  19. I read in Sci Am or Discover that the 3D galaxy could be imagined being located on a very bumpy piece of paper, with its length and width being one flat plane and the dips and crests of the paper visualized in the third dimension. With galaxies on this piece of paper, you have the universe. The fourth dimension would be stacks of these bumpy pieces of paper.
