  1. No need to gloat man!
  2. On top of that, what happens to people living in these areas? Imagine trying to move around when the ground has turned to mush or is flooded. No fun if you are a caribou trying to migrate either.
  3. The BBC is conducting a vast experiment in climate change and you can take part! Basically they need you to download the software that will allow you to run a weather model, to help predict what will happen to the weather in the future. The software runs in the background so you use your computer normally. Thousands of participants are needed in order to run as many models as possible, with each one being slightly different to take account of the millions of variables. Remember that 10,000 computers are equal to the worlds most powerful super computer and the beeb wants many more than this. So if you are serious about global warming now is your chance to help find out what is really happening. Visit http://www.bbc.co.uk/climatechange and you can make a difference. Thanks for reading mitm.
  4. No need for any of this science, a viable hydrogen car already exists in the USA. It is just that we live in an oil based economy and governments and people fear to change. Two things to think about, the oil producers would not have such a hold on us and hydrogen cars produce zero pollution. Roll on the Hydrogen Age!
  5. It has been a cold winter here, but over the last fifteen years it has definitely become generally warmer in winter in England and summer not so good. Parts of the country even have a drought now in the winter! You can help scientists understand more about GW by taking part in the BBC Climate Change Experiment using your computer to run a weather model in a huge global experiment. Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/climatechange and download the software and away you go! P.S Please spread the word, the more the better. Thanks.
