I'd say it's quite probable that we're more intelligent, because our brains have become more used over the past x thousand years, so some form of microevolution is likely to have taken place.
Given that the Egyptians had reasonably developed engineering in other sectors, I'd say it's safe to assume that they were built in a standard fashion.
Occam's Razor favours Feynman.
What if there was more than two slits? Would the top speed of the universe keep increasing? It doesn't seem a viable proposition to me.
I'm afraid that Richard Feynman's Sum Over Histories approach (and similar) works much better.
And to paraphrase the man himself, if I could describe it in a few short paragraphs it wouldn't have been worth the nobel prize.
