Guns, in the first film, hid the way the W brothers can't direct an action sequence. I like films of that nature, yet Reloaded bored me to tears, both in its fight scenes and the dull, repetitive philosophising.

Even the fight scenes in Reloaded were dull, especially in comparison to other similar things. I blame the lack of guns and the way there's no incidental music, just a low whine in the background.
