When the universe was much, much smaller, and much, much denser, random movements of molecules (which always are occurring) caused some segments to be a bit more dense then others. Once the universe expanded, that effect grew, and the universe became "clumpy" as gravity pulled these areas together even more.

You generally shouldn't trust movies to be fact, although it could happen. Universities typically have financial aid programs that help you pay for tuition. Those should help, although you'll still need to find a decent job while in college. If you're interested in science, then it's possible that you could be a lab assistant or something like that to earn money and experience. And I must say, your English is very good. You just need confidence that you can manage more advanced topics. Trust me, I never thought I could understand quantum mechanics, but with a bit of thought and time, I can grasp it. All you need is to try.

Really I'm not sure what we can do to spark interest again. We could possibly use WiSci as a repository for things like articles on Intelligent Design (to refer to when debating an IDiot) and evolution, etc. That would attract more interest, as it would relate to the forum.

That's exactly what MattC was talking about in the first post, except as an operating system option rather than built-in.

The entire point of having different domains for different countries is so that those people can use their own languages on their sites, and distinguish where they are. It's a nice system, as the local governments get to control the domain, so for example you could have something.gov.fr for the French government, etc. It makes distinctions about what belongs to what. And herme3, you did prove DoctorMO's point quite well.

Not really. It didn't break lightspeed, as the universe isn't a tangible thing. It can expand faster than the speed of light without breaking any laws.

Is it not possible that everybody feels something completely different, but was conditioned to feel that as "happiness" anyways? The feeling could be positive for everybody.

How do you know that happiness feels the same to everyone? You haven't experienced it from all of their viewpoints, have you?

Stop right there. The government is a group of people in a social contract wit the rest of the people -- "we'll protect you from crime and terrorists if you pay us taxes." Even if there is another entity that has more influence, they are not the government; the government has an unspoken contract with the people to (hopefully) protect them and make them safe.

You'd need to know the size of the wind turbine for one. You could look up a few statistics on different wind turbines, and figure out a decent formula from there.
