We just had an anti-spam law, and nothing happened. I still get the same amount as before (a lot). Anti-spam laws can't be enforced effectively.

Perhaps they should be like the book Clear and Present Danger (right?) where they have F-15s shooting down the drug-running planes.

Am I the only one that realizes he CUT taxes? Yeah, but they can make it hard enough to do it. Look, let's say you send a THOUSAND emails a year. That's ten bucks. Not much. Who cares about a measly 10?

Bill Gates recently proposed a one-cent tax on all e-mails. He says that the average person might spend ten bucks a year, but spammers much more. The average spammer sends 50 to 250 million spams a day, which equates to between $182,500,000 and $912,500,000 a year. Per spammer. I say, ouch. That's probably enough to cover the budget defecit, with all the spammers. Do you like the idea, or no?

I second that motion. Why don't you reword your questions? They sound weird, and I don't understand them. And, I don't think you, at 14 (right?), should know some of that (dangerous).

I bet a bunch of people around here are multi-lingual. As long as they're nice people you can make them mods on that part. My brother knows lots of spanish, he could tell me what they meant.

Perhaps you'd do just smaller forums for them, basics, like "general discussion," "mathematics," "astronomy," and that sort. You don't want to spend too much forum space, since English is the primary part. We'll have to get Blike or Faf over here to see this.

So the wave would vibrate in all directions? What happens if you are at the crest? Do you "fall" into a trough? That would mean, unless the trough was a planet, you actually wouldn't be attracted to it.

Perhaps you could add a section of the forum that could be for those non-english speaking among us. You could advertise it on the front page so they wouldn't be turned away by all the English. And if you are wondering how to moderate it, you might just recruit multi-lingual members to moderate it. I think this is a great way to have more members and let more people use this site, 'specially since it's better than the other ones I've seen.

I remember when two people ended up cloaked and nobody could see them. Eventually Data sprayed them with some substance or another and they reappeared. Couldn't they load photon torpedoes with that and locate the Romulans with them?

Did YOU? I was nitpicking, and reading it makes no difference. He says that their boat is mobile, so they can move. Don't all boats move?

What happens if the captain doesn't mind? He sure doesn't seem to. If you hated your new captain, wouldn't you do that? I thought it was obvious that he just liked Picard. I think you are taking it too seriously. I mean, they really don't mean it to be that serious. You're supposed to take what they say. (though I always think, "should they have done that?")

k, they said three, but there are so many .s in the version, I wasn't sure. That was the problem with the other forum, they hated how it looked, but there was no formats out to make it look good. How soon do you expect to upgrade?
