If thats true, we have: Flying Cows http://www.hktrampers.com/Mambo/content/view/117/27/ Aliens http://www.naturalhealthholistic.com/confirm.html Dinosaurs and Humans lived at the same time http://www.creationists.org/mananddinos.html Dragons in Canada (My personal favorite) http://www.canadiandragon.com/story.html P.S. Is there any slight possibility that the thermite was used to take off large columns still standing to search for people or allow for a machine to remove scrap? http://www.answers.com/topic/thermite Look under uses. It's legitimate to ask whether or not it was use before or after the incident. That assumption is taken in that evidence you displayed that it happened before and then justify it with other statements. So I don't see how that could be used in your favor unless their was evidence to say that No Thermite was used after the event, and the place where the thermite was supposively used matches with a diagram showing that nothing else like a weld spot or direction change in that column was present. It has to show that clearly it was intentionally cut.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/pretense sorry. I such a shite disturber This is the problem with a country acting alone (running the show with a little help would probably be more fitting). If only the UN had the...well you know. Issues like 9/11 and this invasion wouldn't misconstrued. This clearly is a global issue, Why the hell do we even have the UN? They should be able to gather all countries and allocate arms and they should be planning this so that Bush isn't under-fire all the time. I don't always agree with him but he's basically pinned as the devil in politics. It's impossible not to be cynical with the information given by media. If this last major war we would never received so much information, then add in the fact that not all information is given because of the medias freedom, and you get a huge mess publicly. Quite frankly (and this is highly opinionative) If we were in Bush shoes I really can't see how we would of made the decision different. The people wanted that war. He's getting information that says (false or not) theirs WMD. He will look weak if he does nothing, half the world didnt care because it didn't happen to them. I saw him as very much alone, with a hell of a decision. Then again how would we know otherwise, it's not like they are going to type up conversations and leave them on the lunch table for people to see. *Employee finds paper* Employee: "Omg, he faked the whole thing!" -cutscene- *Bush rushing to the lunch room* Bush: "I really need to stop doing that...and going to lunch rooms, I got my own office. I hope no one finds it"

Sign of a true Canadian. Government wants to keep the image but doesn't want pay more then they have too, and not just in terms of money. It would be interesting to hear the "off the record" conversations about this whole deal. That caledonia thing was pretty out of hand, I don't think that it favored anyone.

I still don't understand what the goals are for this war. I think the UN needs to step up and start getting this resolved by getting a bunch of nations and collaborating on the effort to end this. You can't set a timetable, I understand that. But with no direction AND no Timetable, I can understand why people question, or are cynical towards certain aspects of this "war" *cough*Invasion*cough* . You can't just leave either...difficult decision, you DON'T want to leave and have everything the same as it was before because then it was a waste of time and human life. I am usually against wars and guns btw. If it were strict hand to hand combat I might think differently.

lol I second that. I couldn't say I was a total materialist. I don't believe that the brain can be easily replicated, i.e. engineered. Then again I know anything about how the brain works in detail, but at the same time I doubt many people are completely sure how all aspects of the brain work. I would have to see how it works in real-time with data input/output. If I had to pick between those choices though....QE

I think he has a point though. Abuse of the Salary system, and pushing people to the limit so that they can hire consultants who make 6 figure salaries. Squeezing the low tier workers to increase the upper tier economically flow. A company should value every employee because they cant run without the lower tier team, and vise versa. It's just fundementally a series of cranks that run a company, You push one crank to the limit you have to replace it often. Personally I don't think thats great practice, eventually you will run out of cranks. I think most companies with that mentality are setting them up for failure personally. How many people here work 60 hours and get paid less then 50k a year? What position are we to comment on whats unreasonable anyway. You have to take in account that not everyone can be a upper class worker making tons of money. I am sure he/she just want to get paid for what he/she is putting in.

Don't forget American football (As much as I hate it) Has big guys in it. I am 220-225ibs 6'0" and I would be a small player. The big guys with 300 - 350 pounds running at you at full force then falling on you afterwords. If they didn't have that "Armor" People would probably die every week or so. Football players retired at like 30 -35, not because they want to but because they have too. I would say it's more dangerous then boxing or MMA (Mixed Martial Arts like; UFC;Pride;K1)

I've played CS (Counter-Strike).....for a long, long, long time. It's a Half-Life Modifcation turned godly. I started it in high school when I was 14, I still play it occasionally and I am 22. It's sad really, but it's fun, I care nothing for graphics.

Is there something wrong with England? Seems like there is no faith. I remember when the teams to watch were Germany, England, Brazil, Italy, and Netherlands. I remember hearing about people getting into bar fights over the sport in England, what happened, that was a beautiful thing.

20 dollars a month. with the package I have 28. I wanted to stay with the same company as my phone (which is Bell) and I got internet for 20 bucks a month as well. Ideally I pay around 70 dollars total. Realistically I am probably going to pay between 75 - 100 a month. They get better at hiding the fine print. That and I am still trying to get hold of those bastard long distance card companies since I had a suprise on my phone bill. Every call I made on the card was on my bill, so I paid TWICE. P.S. woohoo 100 posts lol thanks for the notice, would of never looked, I post way too much crap, I feel guilty for have so many.

I'll check out the local library and Discovery science. They purposely take one good channel and put it in a package with other channels like the chinese news. They have single channels for sale but all the ones I want are package only deals. P.S. Thanks for all the info, you guys are the best, don't let anyone ever tell you different! I've spent quite a few nights going "Why did I even buy this?".

I am paying 10 buck a month extra for a package that gives me the discovery channel. It's the only channel I really would pay extra for. I started watching the first day I got my express Vu (Canadian Sat. for those who have not heard of it). I realise now how horrible it is. It plays "Dirty Jobs" and "How it's made" for like 14 hours of the day. Then you got American chopper, Hot Rod, Boating, Flying, Horses, Cows. Once in a blue moon I've seen something interesting like the construction of LHC. Where is all the physics/biology/psychology/chemistry? I am praying half the time that PBS has something on... Is this just the Canadian verision? I admit we are kinda slow but come on! There has to be people out there that like some interesting or more complex material. I am already thinking of just cancelling my satilite. I admit and surely you all can admit I am no genius, but if a non-genius like me is cringing at the lack of educational complexity of TV, don't you think there is something wrong in this world?
-
I would never spend that much on speakers. I just know I can hear very well. So it's pointless to get good speakers if I only turn the volume up 1 or 2 notches 90% of the time. I have no reason to lie. I can hear them all whether or not those are the true frequencies.

I miss alot of players. Denis Bergkamp, Frank Rijkard, Marc Overmars, Guillet (something or other, the guy with the dread locks), Winters. Naturally I still root for The Nederlands but it seems different now without all those amasing players. Before I would refuse to believe we lost to Ireland (Or whatever team it was, regardless I stopped watching, and blanked it out) but now I just make excuses for the lost. So you can see I've digressed from my extreme ways. P.S. Yeah a one goal win first round, I wasn't really thrilled with that.

Most people here like Severian,YT,Martin, and Matt Grime will say "Oh that GutZ, What a Genius he is!" and "What a great personality he has!" HA! I fall into the non bright category and it shows! College ---> Mechanical Engineering - Metal Casting Technican. Completed: 3/4 Semesters. I Want to get a PhD before I die in Material/Metallurgical Sciences. Realitisically though, probably get an Engineering degree (Even that is wishiful thinking).

You guys are also forgetting the device can't send loit homing frequencies. A business like a theatre isn't trying to drive away kids, they bring good income. Shooting a person of colour (have to be PC) with a gun is discrimination because of choice. If the shop owners could create or buy a device like I mentioned earlier and decide...nah i'll stick with the youth violator instead, then I can see a point. What do you want them to do? Have a guy running around like an idiot chasing people with a modified version that targets the guilty just so it doesn't seem like its discrimination. These days discrimination/security takes on to many impractical forms. Like the burglar sueing the owner of the house who he/she broke into because the house doesn't have a beware of dog sign, and getting bitten.
-
I hear them all. That normal though. I can hear if a TV is on from another room muted. I always hear electrical devices. It's because I play everything so softly my ears adjust, I watch my TV on the 3rd lowest volume. (7 divisions with 3 levels for each). p.s. everything up too 25 hurts really bad. ::edit:: I tried 25k again it hurts too.
-
You guys are assuming they are going to leave that device on 24/7. It's gone to a point that they can't reason with these .... kids. I am sure they don't want to call the cops everytime either. I've been to places where you literally have to push these *refrains from getting angry*....people to get anywhere. Maybe it's not the best solution, I am sure there will be reasonable people who are just waiting for someone or having a quick chat so to them it will be annoying but not hoards of ..... kids that just stand there doing ...things and I think they won't mind that much. Good trade off. Ultimately if they ask the kids to leave and they don't, fine. They just power up that sucker and a few minutes later they leave instead of hours. Personally I think tear gas would work better but maybe a little extreme ...maybe.

You better hope the pilot sucks at flying and he doesn't see you though. he/she could turn that plane around and play chicken with the parachuter.
