I think they design exams that way as well. I've tried to cheap my way out of homework a few times and it's not benefitical at all. You enter the exam with questions that are not similar and require the base understand, not just basically copying the same problem with different numbers or words.

The most intense dream that I can remember was when I was 6 or 8 (can't remember) and I was shot by my parents to death. I turned into a lion to save my brother who was burnt badly by my school being on fire, then when I got home I laid down my brother and some how rung the door bell, waited, my parents open the door with either a rifle or a small shotgun and killed me. Then I woke up. Weird thing was that both my parents never believed in guns so... My brother is the freakest person to have around when he's sleeping. He'll randomly sit up and look around WHILE asleep in slow motion too so it looks like hes posessed (sp?) and he talks gibberish too. I think your dream is great, even though it's very weird you get to experience multiple views and scenerios and see how you would reacted to them. I think imagination is one of the greatest attributes or characteristic of a cognitive/conscious being. So for me wierder the better.

Holy crap! That's weird.

Ya, you need to make it work and then patent it.

If Einstein wasn't invented the nuclear bomb when it was invented?
GutZ replied to a topic in The Lounge
"Einstein’s connection with the politics of the nuclear bomb is well known: he signed the famous letter to President Franklin Roosevelt that persuaded the United States to take the idea seriously, and he engaged in postwar efforts to prevent nuclear war...In 1933, Hitler came to power. Einstein was in America, and declared he would not return to Germany. Then, while Nazi militia raided his house and confiscated his bank account, a Berlin newspaper displayed the headline “Good News from Einstein – He’s Not Coming Back.” In the face of the Nazi threat, Einstein renounced pacifism, and eventually, fearing that German scientists would build a nuclear bomb, proposed that the United States should develop its own. But even before the first atomic bomb had been detonated, he was publicly warning of the dangers of nuclear war and proposing international control of nuclear weaponry." ^From a brief history of time (book) I guess it was for first strike or a deterrent measure, to prevent nuclear war. It almost worked. -
*High Five* I have it too, it use to be very very bad (VERY BAD), where even now I have problems talking or being with family, but not nearly as bad as before. It's just I had it for ...14 years without knowing it for about 10. Your going to find that not many people understand it who don't have it. That's natural, I bet you have a hard time explaining it as well to others. I'll be back to add more, back to work. ::Back from Work:: Where was I? Oh yeah. Knowing me I would and did look it up myself, or you already been to a professional and got the "diagnostic". See I'll be truthifully honest. From my own experience, I've taken every approach possible. People will say you just have to jump in there and do it. Well they don't understand that the person they see, and the person that is "you" are completely different. You know what I am talking about, you said it in your post, it's like a switch that instantly changes your mindset where your only capable of irrational, unlogical, etc, thinking. It's not just the mindset its thought behaviour and physical behaviour. For me I shake, sweat, get dizzy, mind rushes, everything. Alot of people have phobias but alot of them dont deal with them on a daily basis for that length of time. It's not only redicule it's about upsetting people you talk too, your always trying to find the perfect thing to say, but no matter what it's never perfect, even if you could say something perfect you realize its impossible to do in the time frame of a initated conversation so you become even more self conscious of your words and the way you look to them, you know your scared and you know they know, I could keep going on and on. You can't really sum up this disorder, you can't explain it, and I think thats why it's not very well know professionally. There are things you can do, but you have to be COMMITTED! 1)Seek professional help 2)Try the medication (if only for the first three months, at that point make up your mind if you want to keep using it, it's lets just say somewhat tough to be on) 3) Cognitive Behaviour treatment (That's the more logical answer, medication works for a bit and you just keep increasing the dose, some professionals will want to keep you on during this treatment, but make sure you express your concerns as HARD as it maybe to do so) 4)Weightlifting/Martial Arts/Runninging sports - I like weightlifting because I can do it alone with no one to bother me, but it helps alot getting rid of that whole days built up stress, and it gives you self-esteem. Not right away but, you will feel better after you see the change in strength, to me I always thought I might not beable to defend myself verbally, but I for sure as hell going to make sure I can do it physically, So I was either in Martial Arts or weight training whenever I could, and it helped knowing that. I am still in it all, I could say I've past the highest point but I still need alot of work myself, and I haven't committed the time to do so because I need to work for school (coop) which on one had is good because it forces me to "practice", and on the other hand if I am tired I just go into an irrational bunker for the whole week. What's worked for me is simply, force yourself to pretend. It sound silly, but its like acting. I have specific phobias as well where I have problems like; Saying peoples names (fear of saying it incorrectly, Ironically my name is Jeroen, very hard to pronounce and I dont care what people call me but anyway) so like for example "Hello, how are you 'name'?" Then may when I got that down confidentially you go to tone of voice (I am sure you are soft spoken as well). It's like working your phobia in reverse, your training your brain to subconsciously say things without thought, where as you create fear subconsciously without thought with the phobia. I could keep going on, but if you like just PM me whenever and we can chat about it all, I don't mind, I rather do that then talk to myself like I usually do LOL. Remember part of it is because 90% of the population doesn't have the degree of what you have, they see those little anxieties as things you just get over. Quite frankly I'd be more comfortable with a gun to my head then any social situation, because they aren't little, I mean I get those too, but it's nothing in comparsion. So don't undermind the difficulty but don't think either that because they do it so easy, you should too, there are alot of things I can do that most people can't because of what I have, it's just no one sees it because they don't dwell on that, where you, me, and the next guy do.

I have an anxiety disorder, I use the computer alot... I am statistic. Computers can be addictive though without those things. Funny thing is I enjoy playing games with other over the net, I guess you can be who ever you want to be on the net.

I was kind hoping for some cyrogenic reaction based system but... No seriously cool idea, but I dont like having open water and electricity, maybe I am alittle too precautious but I'd rather spend the money.

Yeah thats exactly what I've been looking for, I've never seen chimps protrayed as hunters. It would be interesting to know where the primate evolved from.

Even if you get one person its a success. Even giving people an alternative view might be enough to start a slow reaction. These people at the meeting may not change their view instantly, there will always be a struggle between ideology and science. Even if they start to research it out to disproving it, thats a gain to your goal. Science doesn't hold all the answers where Ideology does. That's tough to ask someone who has all the answers to drop it and go back to the unknown. Don't think of it as failure, regardless of what happens.

Thats weird I have the same connection. Can you do that thing Klaynos said: Go to the command prompt and type - ping irc.blackcobalt.net Also check your network connection. Control Panel > Network connections > Your connection. Look at the send and receive while you get that problem. I'll keep looking on the net for solutions. The best thing about this is that someone else must of had it before, therefore a good chance of finding a solution. If not, hopeifully you didnt download or install a bunch of programs in the past 3 or 4 days and you can try a system restore. If it gets that far and doesn't work I would call your ISP and ask whats going on, because I wouldn't know what else it could be. ::edit:: Klaynos! are you the server admin? Sorry I didn't know. Didn't mean to over step ya, I just know how frustrating this type of thing can be. So if everything Klaynos said doesn't work I would call the ISP.

Crap I forgot, Sorry timesheets end of the week, grrr. Ok I will try and help you, do you have any virus protection programs, XP SP2, that sort of thing? Routers? And what sites can't you access?

So does that mean some people don't have them at all? People have different noises as well, but never no nose at all. I was wonder if that was a human development, but that because I am under the assumption that the primates were mostly herbovores. There has to be some form of logicial descension that explains everything, I don't know why suddenly teeth sparked my interest, kind of odd. I guess there isn't much that doesn't interest me.

Oh Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata! I still remember that from Earthworm Jim. I am not a big Beethoven fan though.

I was wondering about the canine or fangs that humans have (The teeth right before you hit the molars). Or is that just random people. Mine are slightly pointed, so naturally I was wondering if that came from ape ancestry? and how far back can we trace back our evolution, I don't see a reason for apes to have fangs, but thats just me.
