... Physicists...anything to say to Simpleton's answer? All answers should probably be in speculations...

So...According to wikipedia and just about every other source there are 10 types of energy... Chemical Energy- CE Kinetic Energy-KE Thermal Energy-TE Light Energy-LE Gravitational Potential Energy-GPE Sound Energy- SE Electromagnetic Energy-EME Elastic potential Energy-EPE Nuclear Energy-NE Radiant Energy-RE (Why are we not told about this in school? It is the energy of electromagnetic waves which includes thermal radiation and light.) I disagree. SE for instance is vibration. Doesn't that make it a form KE? And shouldn't TE be split into KE and LE? [KE because of vibrating particles that transfer heat and LE because heat [in the form of radiation] is part of the Electromagnetic spectrum along with light.] Perhaps there is even something causing the KE of atoms with TE that converts it into LE? I did some more research and is seems that LE and TE can both be put under Radiant Energy-RE and that RE can be put under EME.

There are water-proof pipes and water-proof turbines. If there weren't then coal-fired plants wouldn't work. It can get to over 1200 degrees C inside the furnace. I don't have time to reply to the other things above.

...That is 1 hour long...I'm not watching that...No time...just tell me where to skip to. /Continuing to by cynical towards your claim...

It isn't flat. It has height, wide, depth and time. It's 4D or more dimensional depending on whether the theories that say the universe is more that 4D are true.

...I had an idea which I have been thinking of but no one here noticed or thought wasn't worth replying to...It happened to explain an odd event of there being more space in places of space-time...In order to suggest what this means I put forward in one of my notes that it could mean there is no such thing as time...only space...more space = the illusion of time. ...Don't take that as the answer though...I'm not even sure I believe my own idea...[No one has given any support or acknowledgement so I am yet undecided.] Big Bang is nonsense...big inflation is closer...big collapse of previous universe into a singularity which then super inflated then inflated and is now this universe is the closest to the truth in my opinion, ...in other words i'm suggest time is 'trans-universal'...it came from the previous existence. How else do you explain where the laws of physics come from? Of-coarse this idea has been suggested before...it's called the 'big bounce' theory. As far as I know it is closer to observation and evidence compared with the 'big bang' theory. Nonsense...we have used powerful, super-accurate clocks to prove time is slower on Earth than in space. Time dilation happens. According to Einstein Time a dimension just like the dimensions of space.

I had an idea...[I doubt anyone will be interested however...no one here listens to my ideas...Maybe it's because you all think they are stupid or not worth talking about...instead of ignoring me could you at least tell me why you ignore them...(in a nice way...)] I was wondering why industries such as agriculture and apiculture have not yet converged like consumer products have and I was doing research on blast furnaces and came up with a way of boosting the purpose and efficiency of them. The heat inside a blast furnace reaches far above 100 degrees C which is all that is necessary for power generation. [using steam to move a turbine] The heat is only used to extract the metal from metal ores...what a waste. I don't know enough to see whether this would work but why not have [preferable pre-heated somehow...they pre-heat the air blown into the furnace...] water pipes running around the furnace. The heat would cause the water to boil which would create steam that could be used to turn a turbine to generate power. Or the waste gases which rise from the furnace to be used to pre-heat air which is to be blown into the furnace could be used to spin a turbine as it rises...It would have to be heat resistant. The only problem I see with the water pipes method is that it could take heat from the furnace causing it to become less efficient but I see no problems with my waste gas turbine so far. Do the gases rising from the smoke outlet move fast enough to turn a turbine? Why don't coal power plants siphon the power of the rising steam of the cooling towers? Perhaps before cleaned gases go through a gas cooler then could be used to boil water to power a turbine which powers a motor generating power. It seems to me that there are a lot of missed opportunities to increase efficiency and maximise the usefulness of blast furnaces and steam/waste gas outlet towers. [bonus question: Does a car exhaust eject pollution fast enough to turn a small turbine and turn a small motor? It could be used to charge the car battery if it does.] [Yes I know I don't use '...'s in the right way...It's a habit...I only write like this on the internet for some reason...]

They all have two meanings based on the context with each meaning being the opposite of the other? Cover Let's cover this scandal (hide) Let's cover this in class (show) Dust I will dust the room (remove the dust) I will dust for fingerprints (add dust to) Left John's the only one left (remaining) John's the only one who has left (is gone) Transparent The ghost is transparent (hard to see) His motives are transparent (easy to see)

I was offended by this...I don't know why...i'm not even a member of a religion...but looks offensive...

Who the what now? I don't know who any of those people are...but religious people will often call things that they see as something their god wouldn't like to be banned. Your link appears to be wrong...

Why is this in speculations?

What you are forgetting is Doppler shift...The signals the SETI searches for it won't find for millions of years...I explained this in my last post here.

People don't need the alcohol...I dare say that they shouldn't be in such a job if they need alcohol to do it properly.Muslim countries...it's against their religion anyway...hence the ban...No I am not a muslim...or part of any religion... I assume you mean live in not from...they are not always the same country you know...England why? No we cannot assume alcohol=ethanol...ethanol is a bio-fuel. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to drink it. I don't intentionally poison myself...And I have seen how people act when they are drunk...that is all the experience I need. No one needs it. People become easily addicted by it. It cause far too many problems. Billions in money is lost as an indirect cause of people drinking alcohol. You say that billions of pounds a year being wasted can be justified with just the fact it makes people get along slightly better...I disagree. Health and money are far more valuable. Society can change.

...It's unlikely...people often forget that we see the stars in the state they looked like millions of years ago. We only see habitable planets millions of years ago. Any aliens from the planet we see as a ball of lava sees us as a ball of lava. Also we don't scan the sky at all frequencies so aliens might us frequencies different to the ones we use...in other words...we can't see them and they can't see us.
-
What benifets?!?!? It makes people get along slightly better? There are countries that have banned alcohol. Anyone found drunk on the streets is deported or arrested in those countries. Yes it is natural but I don't know anyone who has access to the ingredients or knowledge of how to make your own 'good tasting'* alcohol. Also Ethanol is fine...alcohol is not... *You know alcohol doesn't taste good...admit it...

What would you change about the new SFN?

You can't kill cool smiley...He's too cool...In all seriousness does anyone ever even use it? If not I guess it should be removed... <-Your should probably delete that one too... -

Why not? Are you sure?
