  2. Hi. I have come to know that Potasium Perclorate can be made by adding Sulfuric Acid (98%) in Potasium Clorate. I have tried but it comes out a yellowish mixture. I guess potasium Perclorate have been formed but sulfer is aslo there. adding 5 grams KCLO3, 50ml Sulfuric acid and 50ml water KCLO3 + H2SO4 + H2O ------> KCLO4 +H20 + S ??? Do any one know how to get Potasium Perclorate out in it ? My second question is, can we make Ammonium Perclorate with Potasium perclorate and Ammonium Hydroxide if yes than what is the best way making Potasium Perclorate from Potasium Clorate and then Ammonium perclorate.
