no, im exercising the right part doing all different sorts of exercises, for that specific area and it just doesnt seem to form noramlly, im losing a chunk of muscle mass in my tricep lateral head and no matter what i do it just doesnt seem to change, and ive spoken to body builders, and other people who specialise in exercise, and they all say its to do with genetics, for some strange very frustrating reason my tricep hasnt formed the way it ought to, so im hoping genetic modification, or cosmetic surgery or anything along those lines can help make a change.
