Hi, I am also a astronomy lover! I want to ask u a question! On what basis scientists say there are other dimensions? They talk about traveling in those dimensions will save our time!!! What does u think is it really possible or just a fake?

Pure Motion Movement (PMM)
Rajdilawar S replied to billbirch's topic in Modern and Theoretical Physics
I think that the example of Friction, Electricity flow is not the explaining the PMM, the example of Wave in sea due to Ship movement can elaborate it properly. We know that how friction works even at Atomic level. http://www.mst.dk/default.asp?Sub=http://www.mst.dk/udgiv/publications/2000/87-7944-019-3/html/bil02_eng.htm -
Pluto is out---only 8 planets now---it's official :(
Rajdilawar S replied to Martin's topic in Astronomy and Cosmology
I think the decision of not considering Pluto as a Planet is not justified. They will now consider it as white dwarf. The definition also lays out a third class of lesser object that orbits the Sun-"small solar system bodies."(A term that will apply to numerous asteroids, comets and other natural satellites.) Do you all think that it is a real justification? -

YA it is Good idea but I dont know how sound is it technically? Actually dark side of moon could be use for Radioscopic purpose as no or least Radio disturbance and one can get exact Data. But one should also take care of Sun-Stroms and alpha Rays explosions( Which are taking place every seceond in star nurseries), which could creat deflections too.

Recently I was reading a book on How to success and I got Followig conclussions. I think they work. Learn, Learn, Learn:- You must, as a young person, be curious and have a learning mindset in whatever you do. This is extremely important for progress. People often try to figure out in advance whether a certain job or path is right for them, but this isn't the right approach. Understand that, no matter what job you take up, you can learn from everything you do if you have a mindset geared towards learning. Cultivate constant, life-long learning as a value system. Be a team player:- Learning to work with other people is essential. There are some fields where this is not necessary -- if you are a pure theoretical mathematician, for instance, you can sit and work alone! However, by and large, to be successful, you have to learn how to influence people, deal with and work with them. People skills are very important and you must develop them. Develop a strong value set:- It is very important that you develop a strong value set to be your own internal compass. Keep this in mind and let it guide you in your work. Think BIG:- Part of being successful is thinking beyond the boundaries given to you. If you are given a certain job, you have to think above and beyond what that job entails. Learn how to think outside the box. Being creative and, more importantly, being proactive is definitely an attitude to cultivate. Recognise the basic elements of success Success comes from dedication, commitment, integrity and honesty. No matter what level of job you are at, approach your work with these values.A certain element of luck does go into making something a success. If you stay focused on your work and account for that little bit of luck to take things further, no one can keep you from being successful.

Your answer is 150 degree. Consider Triangel ABC Since AB=AC, therefore it is a issoseles triangel. Therefore angle ACB=ABC=60 degree. And since angle BAC = 30 degree (as angle BAC is given 30 degree.) Also in Parallelograms ABCD AB = DC, and given that AB=AC. Therefore angle ADC=30 degree. So angle ADE = 180-30=150 degree. Draw the figure.

Yestarday I was reading an article published in the local daily. It was saying that Animals like Cows, Dogs, Pigs and Horses survived from tsunamis and earthquakes. Do they have sixth sense?
