Growing bacteria

LGT posted a topic in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Anybody have experience or know how to grow/ferment these bacteria? Bacillus subtilis and bacillus amyoliquifaciens. They are used to break down organic fats in sewage works. What sort of substrate is best to grow them in a vat? Thanks.
