this is not my understanding. all matter does create energy of sorts, this easily monitored by instrument or at least to a degree. sound though energy requires a mean to travel. as told to me clap your hands in space, the energy remains in your hand with no mean to travel, your hand will warm. sounds also cease or do not leave a source as most all other energy does. the suns noise alone would drive us crazy, if sound traveled. likewise sound is diluted with distance, absorbed if you like by the very means it travels. this is true of energy hitting our atmosphere as well. to the post; we on earth actually travel in rotation at about 1k mph and around the sun at about 72k mph. if sound could be heard, it could never catch up to these speeds. just a thought...

of what we understand as mass and what is understood as energy do hold to the 186k mps theory. you mentioned barrier, which is the key word...what is that barrier and isn't it possible to breech this barrier, may require or involve some items not totally or correctly understood. it may be there are things that travel faster, even much faster. if possible or true, we could not see to begin with, even with equipment, since everything is based on this certain or accepted speed limits and these things would be non responsive to reflection or receptive to current equipment. sound is a bad example since with out something to travel on or in, does not exist. just a thought...

light is a product, energy and in motion requires no source for travel. gravity is an effect, when the source is gone, so is its effect. the last seen effects of energy light from the sun, takes 8 minutes, while the actual source is gone. if the source from an effect is gone why should that effect continue. just a thought...

yes, people that are said to have written religious concepts knew only the world they lived in. however in most cases these writings were said to come from the source or creator. how could this creator, know so little of what is said he created. yes, the idea of image of man is that of most religious Gods. if intelligent life were to visit or be found elsewhere, there is little likely hood they would appear like us or the Gods. w/o questioning a creator, the written words of this divine being are and have been disproved time and again by mans efforts to understand. if the world has to be governed, controlled or regulated by a philosophy, shouldn't this be rooted in logic or at least allowed to evolve with needs and intelligence of the subjects granted this inteligence...

since Big Bang became the accepted view in science, the creation of the universe has become very complicated to explain. variations in this theory from its concepts have invited such view and each new discovery or documentary just adds additional exotic meaning. Dark holes, if they exist are as defined, the tail end of a stars life. like the body when we die, it doesn't just turn to dust or cease to be something. in reality BH may not even be old stars but some entity that gives a stability means, even circulation to spiral galaxy. on the other hand what you suggest may actually be, we have no way of knowing or likely will we ever. best i can guess you diagrams are a couple trillion light years through the center and its very hard to understand any force or attraction that could be effective over a million or so light years. then the size would be substantially larger and time requirements for effect near infinity. even our accepted speed on light energy only travels 186 mps and would take those trillions of years to effect...

in short, i will just agree with John. now days however, the excuse for limited investigation seems to be "drug related", when motive and close relation are not productive. G. Gordan Liddey, has commented many time on this issue saying just about whats been described using a gun.. criminal elements and the real drug related murders often go unsolved. i am not sure what the current figures are but even at the best act/caught/convicted, racial in major crimes 10 or 15 percent are not ever found. DNA will now play a big roll and it would be hard to do that act and not leave some. if ever picked up, or for some reason DNA test is given, the liability will follow you for life. since you infer random, many miles from home etc, you will leave a paper trail as well. one this week was released having been found innocent of two murders, but picked up simultaneously for another murder, all based on DNA..

very little of reflected energy make it back out into space. actually most is absorbed by the atmosphere before it get to the earth and used by all that requires it. its the atmosphere that holds temperature to what they are or the extremes they would be w/o. Venus for instance has a very dense basic CO2 95% atmosphere which allows ahead temp of 500 degree C. Mercury has a thin Helium-Sodium and Oxygen atmosphere which holds little energy and temperature range from plus 400 to minus 200 degree C. earth on the other hand as a nitrogen, oxygen 77 an 21% atmo which deflects and retains our fairly constant temps. the closest to the sun is then cooler and not as warm as the 3rd planet which stays around 500. you said scientist are not that clear and this should be made clear. not all in fact i question half, feel anything but a gentle warming trend (1 degree in a century) is in process. we survive day to day on a planet that ranges from minus 50 to plus 100 F and should manage changes for a long time. i might add according to NASA, at their observation post in Ant-Arctic, the temps are heading down .6 per 10 years.

second ?; probably not. you will find any motivated theory will change its concepts to the accepted truths. when most religions were formed the earth and all things were created in 7 days (not periods, space time measurement, but 24 hour day) the world was flat and they required all things to revolve around the earth. well mankind was here before, the world is round and we are the center of nothing....but all those religions are doing just fine. actually very few think now, that some life will not be found in our solar system. some think rudimentary forms existed here 4 billion years ago and could have on any other planet, even probable did. religion has evolved the blind faith theory, so as Science goes about its way, blind faith take hold.

i have seen your other thread and to be honest i have no idea what your talking about. maybe some form of prevention, re-use of materials or other things witch i think of as efficiency. as to GW, i will be happy to debate the "what GW?" side or if your prefer our current warm trend with in a cycle the planet has and will continue to go through. personally i have enjoyed it after living through the recent global cooling threats, i heard in school.

questions related to time required are at the root of BBT problems. to give an explanation this instant expansion theory was devised. for matter to disperse to required places, form and become what is known is not possible w/o it. my own opinion its not possibly when the BBT goes to a 50 BYO universe, as surely it will when light or something is detected from that distance. i am not sure you can explain in logic how an everyday regular spiral galaxy can form in any set time period, much less in BBT...

many of the things you have accepted as truths are in logic and a pleasure for me to read. you as a young person is what it will take to get science back into some sense of logic, rather than trying to prove an acceptable theory including other philosophy. i need to warn you, there are a good many who will fight tooth and nail to validate BBT. much of you post i have used for years and there is always an answer when the theory itself is so altered to meet competitive views. good luck...

maybe i just hope your wrong, but i do think you are. many things that they study in those labs or what is written about, came from some thought. an idea that something may not be what is said, or that some idea which has had no real study done on it, can very easily stimulate a program to investigate the possibility. even here or on some other forum, questions are asked and given theoretical answers. some one could pick up on it and run. you may in a small lab mix something by accident and come up with a new substance. in fact many things have probably been seen, but for lack of understanding never followed up on. some examples; is light really the fastest entity. why is the speed limited of waves to C, what keeps it from going faster. why do we have limits on visual concept. there must be something simple to give us additional sight, such as seeing 3d on a 2d screen. can mass in a near vacuum really gain mass from just speed. do we really live in that 3d + time dimension or are we just not recognizing others. gravity is really open for thought as are waves. could darkness be something or does light actually just penetrate this, the strobe light offers some clues. many lens for cameras, telescopes or microscopes can be improved on to unlimited concepts compared to what is with some no doubt simple changes.... you may not become famous or make a million dollars. most do not that can envision the unknown or discovered the so much that is known.

you missed my point... make the student ask you the question. i gave some means to do this, but don't know you subject matter or the ages. i will exaggerate an example; subject; biology...teacher-when a frog dies it becomes a tadpole. student- i thought a tadpole became a frog. t- what makes you think that. by then half the class will be trying to teach you, since they have been motivated, try to make the point you suggested and no doubt your class will show you they do understand more than realized. you mentioned asking "do you understand". no doubt your asking when you and they are done for the day or with a subject line. the student understands this as "well were done with that". even if i were in your class i would hesitate to question or show ignorance to whats been said. as to out dated books, equipment and so on. you know some one from someplace that has what you need (if not available) for a day or two. barrow it, rent it or some how get it. you have a computer and can copy any number of books, pictures or examples of something. if this is at home, take it to your class and use it show how things can be learned, even if its not related to your interest. few teachers think any class is learning and most feel the degree is the object and not the knowledge. sometimes i wonder, when half our high school graduate read at 6th grade levels. here however teaching has become a method for income or security and knowledge becomes the by product...

yes, i know its said photons have no mass. i don't disagree, but in the sense they can carry, why couldn't this be a form of matter we don't consider. its now said to photon can carry matter itself that we do understand. yes, i understand that waves travel at C. why C or what keeps them from going C 2. there must be something that prevents anything from traveling faster. sound is limited by means of travel for example.

dark matter is unseen matter that we reference through energy waves were nothing is. some think it hold the universe together, but this is questionable. most feel dark matter is very much like all known matter, but not for reasons seen... dark light, or if your meaning light we can't see, is all around you. check out the "Electromagnetic Energy Scale". light is energy which reflects off objects and give our eye/brain sight. much of energy is above or below what we see but just as much "light" as what we do see...

motivation is not linked to available means or literature. frankly its not even a natural action, with out cause. the instructor can do more then most will admit to motivate, but requires enthusiasm. to the child doing something better has no value. the idea of being rich or smart is of no interest. something contrary to the norm, what they see most anytime any day, can generate interest and hopefully in time motivation.

some suggestions; explain something in such a way, no student could accept as explained. argue your point, as surely some one will call you on it. the students will become the teacher and your directing the conversation. make you students symbols with in the subject matter. or responsible for some explanation of the issues of the subject being taught.. i could go on, but just reading or giving an oration is not conducive to participation. sometimes having the students be part of or the creator of the message can be turned by your knowledge to them understanding and taking interest.

its hard to argue, photons have mass. but could it be a mass we have no means to understand? why is it assumed all energy waves move at C. is there an assumed reason why one could not travel faster or slower? if the means for acceleration is moving at C, what would keep it from performing with in its form?

think they refer to it as "Green or Blue Goo". this involves some thing that can reproduce its own kind from any material. the problem in testing, would be where to test since this has not known method to stop, if it indeed did work.

the energy waves emitted by the sun may very a little, but what get through the various atmospheric layers, from day to day, is not that much different. one sun and only one is responsible. there is a second moon or as said an orbiting meteor, but i don't think you thinking this. your probably considering some form of other dimension which is not likely...

since your brain controls every body function a mess would be likely. in death your brain is said to light up pretty good. as for additional knowledge, this could only be if it had been introduced. if the brain has capacity beyond our understanding, i guess it would show up. some people do think they knew of a passing, before being told. quite a few in fact...

good question. recently they have decided we need so much in liquids daily and water alone is not that important. my guess in time they will figure fresh water is what we basically are and addition water is not what we need. liquids yes, but why water. i have not drank any water in ten or fifteen years. coffee and beer after five only. the only result has been i never need to get up during the night, i sleep better and have lost my sour stomach syndrome.

those odds are a few thousand times better then a solar event will happen this year to wipe us out. the neutron bomb or at least theory considered that possibility. nanotech, has many on going experiments with catastrophic possibilities, but i have no idea what limits are place on them. self reproduction from any matter the villain.
