According to Fudyomo, what is the point of executing DLLs by using Rundll32? What kind of functions do Windows DLL offer, and apart from Registry? Secondly, again, since people know Registry very well, but how? What kind of programming language is likely dealing with Windows Registry? Albert

Well,dave.... For Windows Registry...I wonder why some people know Registry very well? More over, I dont think even a programmer would probably know it well........... Any way, which programming language is likely dealing with Registry? Is Registry likely to be Windows's kernel? And Since windows has Registry? How about Linux? How does it manage all its setting? Secondly, for DLLs, I know they are just dlls, but some people say we can use RunDlls32 to do settings like Windows Registry..... Does any one know what is RunDll32 and how does it work? Apreciate for furthur responds Albert

Any way, thx YT for the suggestion So, Does any one know the definition of both STACK and HEAP? Albert
-
Any body help on my previous message? APreciate for the furthur responds...... Albert
-
Well, what my java tutor give on examples are that stack memory is where an object which contains method, such method points (u know, unlike C, java can point out for you) to the Heap, where stores the data/method in another object...... I think I want to know the definition of Stack and Heap by now,, since I know the concept of both on Java, but it really feels odd to me as I know the concept, but don't know what they actually mean.......... P.S. Another personal wondering, will we understand Heap and Stack better if I go straight studying ASM? Any furthur help? ALbert
-
Well, YT, what my Java tutor said briefly about STACK and HEAP is that STACK is where the procedure of java object takes place, and it points to HEAP, where is somehow the store of data/method...... But what I really need is how both STACK and HEAP are different in the aspect of programming language (like Java)? since what my tutor tell is very brief, I cannot have a thorough understanding on it at all........ Any help? Albert
-
When I was learning Java, the tutor use to use HEAP and STACK memory as example to teach how does Java work on the method and data of the objects..... but is there any clear, well-explained explanation/concept/definition on STACK and HEAP memory? ALbert

ok, but when I search on the unicode table, it does not have any "command"...It only has mostly weird char or asian words........ Does Unicode really involve the machine command? can any one give an example? then I can find in the Unicode table? Albert
-
ok, so do Unicode involve machine language? since it has all the hex codes? Albert
-
but there "are" only hex numbers which represent the characters of Unicode and No programming language at all in hex editor......then where do the programming language go? Albertlee
-
Apreciate for the responds of Admiral and Dave Albert
-
The thing which makes me think that those 0~31 ascii codes are assembly language is that they are the only "commands" of an exe I can see on Ultra Edit (16 bits) in HEX........ then where do the programming language go? is'nt the 0~31 ascii code assembly language? Any more suggestion? Albert

YT, so do the internal codes (0~31) of ASCII work as low level programming language? Secondly, where on the computer do you mean the rom? on motherboard, CPU, or even CD-ROM(highly impossible) ? Apreciate for furthur help... Albert

About turning sea water into drinking water.........
albertlee replied to albertlee's topic in Inorganic Chemistry
for my method in post no.9,many people like YT2095 suggest this method would be better than my previous one...... but doubtfully, my chemistry teacher says that it wont work as the heat is also heating the basin........but what I think is, that center would be the hottest, it goes like a convection........When the heat finally evaporate all the water into steam, the steam is still trapped in the aluminium, and cools down along the side, because again the center is the hottest, it goes like a convection.....finally, the water steam is liquid in the basin........... Any idea on the comparison of my theory and my teacher's quote on the method in reality? Apreciate for furthur responds.... Albert
