  1. Well, YT, i am asking for basic resources about construction which helps to learn physics better.... therefore in this case, u know i know nothing about it, therefore i ask for some basic resources so i can learn physics better,,,, Any help?
  2. thx Skye, but the resource seems too complicated....... All i want is just the basic ideas of construction applied to physics laws.... In another saying, is there any resource about construction which helps to learn physics better? Please dont give complicated resource as i am not a engineer or something, i am just student only...... Any help?
  3. Ok, since it is engineering, does any one knows the resources about the basic guide of engineering on the construction using physics laws? Apreciate
  4. Greg, Engineering is mainly about "machines", which something can move! My question is somehow related to architecture, but since, archtitecture is more likely a combination of art and physics......... Therefore, again, What is the related name of physics studying about the construction? For more detailed of what i am asking, see my thread "about Design and Technology" under general science.... thx for furthur responds Apreciate with all my heart! Albert
  5. What is the related name of physics studying about the construction? For eg, stability of shapes, advanced equilibrium, compression and tension...but they are only terms related to...all i want to know is the specific area about construction in physics.,. Albert
  6. Well, I did not read alot of previous messages........ Any way, of course, we, mans will extinct one day.....due to philosophy.......We are just part of balance of the universe, in fact, every thing needs to balance..... It is just a matter of time...The decision is all upon the God (in general, the universe).......Even what we think, our consciousness is all arranged by the development of the universe...... Again, mans apear for the balance, and we extinct from outgrowing.....it is just our destination....nothing can deny the principle of balance of development of universe...... My personal opinion Albert
  7. OK, can any body give definition instead of idea for chemical physics and physical chemistry?
  8. So..............Why the trolley does not move upwards but only forwords as the force is exerting diagonally?
  9. Ok, Swansont, in ur previous message, the most confusing word is "component", I dont get what u r talking about component in this case.......Can u explain it? How can something doing not in the direction of force still can move a distance that is not in the direction? in my case, the trolly is moving horizontally, but the force's direction is diagonal.....
  10. Ok, thx every one for the replies, now I can get some senses....... but therefore, I want to know what is the relationship of physics and chemistry? or in another saying, how do they cooperate each other? since both study same thing but for different purposes............... Secondly, I would like to know the difference of chemical physics and physical chemistry.............. Apreciate for furthur help
  11. Sorry Swansont, I still dont get it, you say that a force that is perpendicular does no work, but why you cannot do cos 90 then? On the other hand, I know this is impossible because it is not in the direction of the force, but by that, if in my case(see in the picture of the 1st page in the thread), why we should do "cos"? we can just force times distance, because the distance is in the direction of the force................ Any more helps? Really apreciate for the responds
  12. Again, What i really confused is still about how does it (cosine) do to the direction of the forces and distance.........in the solution of work? Any help?
  13. I am confused about is the study of atoms and particles under physics or chemistry..........? In my science dictionary, it is the physics section which tells about the structure of atoms........ but in my school, it is chemistry subject which teaches about atoms and particles............ Can any body explain this how and why? More over, please tell me the true definition of physics and chemistry for better understanding...... Apreciate for the responds.......
  14. Oh, forget about my previous message........... I know the concept of cosine just now...............it is adj./hyp. in a right-angled triangle, but....... What i really confused is still about how does it do to the direction of the forces and distance. Any help?
  15. Ok....Got a bit of sense.........it sounds like vectorial analysis.... Anyway, I am still very fresh with cosine....... Any body helps?
  16. Ok, wolfson, the key to this whole question is the problem of cos..... First of all, I know nothing about "cos"...And i dont know what it is used for, and how,,, The only thing I know is that i can see a cos button on my calculator....... Any futhur help on cos?
  17. Wolfson, What is Cos degree? and How does it work as a concept to the direction of the force? Please help.
  18. If the previous message is not clear enough, here is an example which i confuse: How can we find the work done? according to direction of force and the distance? Please help! apreciate
  19. ok,maybe my question is not complete enough........How can explain the direction of force of a plane flying diagonally? if the direction of force is horizontal? Please help
