I am sure that terror act is a universal concept should be used criticizing all horrifying acts despite who committed, so the greatest part of world outside the western countries see many of the following as acts of terror.... forcibly displacing millions of palestinians out of their land palestine & bringing millions of peoples from different parts of world ( white, black, brown.....)claiming that palestine were land of their ancestors who departed it before centuries to settle them in palestine is terror & who struggle against this unjustice is nationally resistant bombing nagasaki & hiroshima using nuclear weapons killing hundreds of thousands in a war were just about to finish is a terror occupying Iraq based on claims ,all were proved to be wrong & fabricated resulting in a state more miserable than the civil war itself is a terror Abu graib prison scandal & several massacres commited against Arab sunni in Iraq by the hands of us soldiers & iraqi allied government because they refuse occpation is a terror contaminating world with industrial polluting products, & so increasing suffering of poor nations as a result of drought is a terror believing of superiority over other nations is a terror what happened to original inhabitants of America is terror & if we wont to continue in enumerate the will be long

the war is not just lost but indeed resulted in reverse results then what Bush hoped & that is because it was a totally unjustified war. He assaulted Iraq on claims of weapons of mass destruction(which proved to be a fabricated claims),he claimed a relation Between saddam & al Qaeda ( again proved wrong ,not only that it is clear that saddam were an enemy to Al qaeda ,because his regime was secular not religious).indeed Saddam were representing a factor of balance at least in face of Iran the country seeking the nuclear weapons & it is the side gaining the most benefits of this war

time always carry the concept of ( rate of change) so as there is slownness in molecular activity there will be slowness in change which means in time also .However.there is also a real dilatation in time,that is conceived when you consider light as the tool to measure time as its speed is the only stationary speed despite other variables in universe. also you could conceive ,slowness of change,time dilatation at very high speeds as such :at very high speeds things & particles become more resistant to change (e.g it is easier to stop slow subject than rapid one even if they contain the same amount of substance) which mean they will recquire more energy to achieve changes upon them so changes upon them going slowly
