Hi,
I have a microscope with a 100x oil immersion objective. I don't want to buy costly immersion oil, so I was wondering if there is some sort of alternative you can use?
Thanks.
How can OTH radar work? It bounces the waves off the ionosphere, but since the ionosphere changes every second wouldn't the radio wave be travelling on a different path on its way back from bouncing off a target?
I saw this animal on the wall in a local sporting goods store and was hoping someone knew what it was?
I googled "saskimo" as the sign says but it yielded no relevant search results.
I saw this site that says that you can build a laser listening device (Sounds Fancy huh?) by bouncing a laser beam off of a window to a CdS photocell. I was wondering if this is indeed a feasible task?
