hans blix was given unrestricted access to iraqi facilities a few months prior to the war.

you make H2SO4 through the lead chamber process: 3S(s) + 2KNO3(s) --> K2S(s) + 2SO2(g) + 2NO(g) (sulfur + KNO3 reaction) S(s) + O2(g) --> SO2(g) (combustion inside the chamber) 3NO(g) + 3/2O2(g) --> 3NO2(g) (spontaneous at STP) 3NO2(g) + 3SO2(g) --> 3SO3(g) + 3NO (catalyzed oxidation of SO2 by NO) SO3(g) + H2O(l) --> H2SO4(aq) (hydrolysis) i do not suggest trying this for many reasons. the gases are all very toxic and some hydrolyze to form quite corrosive acids. i suggest you obtain car batteries, charge them as much as possible, open them and filter the insoluble lead sulfate. you should get 35-40% sulfuric

it's rachmaninoff and yes, rach 3 is incredible. i have a cd with rach himself playing his 4 piano concertos and rhapsody on a theme of paganini with the philadelphia orchestra in the 1920s and 30s. truly amazing. you know how just about every recording of rach 3 is 45-60 minutes long? when rach plays it's 34:07. yes, after the nice little introduction and the orchestra comes in for the melody those arpeggios make it sounds like he grew a few extra hands. still, i must say i prefer rach 2, just for the first 2 minutes of it. a few years ago i decided to learn the first few measures, because hey, after all they are only slow unison chords...except whoops, at the time i didn't have an octave and a half span that included a fifth from my pointer to pinky finger. it's brilliant how rach finds ways to make things difficult.

i was only using comparative analysis. i never actually stated an opinion. rather, i presented numerical information comparing hussein's actions with coalition actions
-
the road to hell is paved with good intentions. i understand that hussein did kill some kurds. that number has been estimated at 5000, liberally more likely than not, considering the agenda that is being pushed. it is not quite known if all of these people were defenseless, "good" people. perhaps they were not all good and hussein wanted to kill the bad ones (with good intentions) but failed to do so without killing some of the good people. i dont think he was a particularly nice guy, but i also think his actions were no worse than our own. thing is, people dont like losing their houses, livelihood, family, economy, etc. the iraqi economy blows now and people dont like it. quite a number of people are without employment. they arent happy. quite a bunch of civilians have been killed, many estimates predicting over 100,000. that's a bunch more than 5000 kurds. thats 20 times hussein. he tortured some people, we tortured some people. all in all, people lose. he oppressed the kurds, we didn't give 150,000 of them ballots. whoops, the kurds lose...again. you can say that our efforts are noble. you cannot say that our efforts are worth the casualties (killed and maimed) and the absurd amount of money that is being paid (from our pockets to corporations and directly into bush's pocket due to insider trading and kickbacks) for work that is many times less in value than that which is being paid for.
-
people aren't being tortured. nah. there have been 0 civilian casualties because hey, our "smart" bombs are 100% accurate. our "smart" bullets stop before hitting children and turn into candy. our tanks don't release CO or CO2, they release O2 with just a little N2O to brighten the spirits!

you come across as somewhat self-righteous. "deliver his soul to satan". regardless of whether or not a person is going to hell, it is not our place, as humans, to judge. remember the scriptures
-
ok so we create even more instibility and commit atrocities of our own. sounds like a big waste of effort to me
-
agreed. i would like to add that i find great irony in the fact that 150,000 kurds were not given ballots. not to question the good intentions of those in power

we're not here to do your homework for you. contrary to popular belief we do have things to do in our lives. i'd be happy to help you if you had specific questions pertaining to your questions or if you would at least show an attempt to do this yourself

come now, there must be more partitions than just "good" "bad" and "monster". i'd try again before you judge whether or not they should live. plus i hate stereotypes with a passion

iridium's density is about 22.6 grams/cm^3
-
oh i understand. just saying, it's funny, considering how expensive rhodium is. i've seen it for $250/gram...altho it's really usually around $100/gram
-
amusing how much rhodium you have in that iridium
-
rachmaninoff, especially rach 2 and 3, his 2nd and 3rd piano concertos

cape cod
-
thing is that if he tried the world would be against him and would come to aid new york
-
nice sample. how much osmium do you have?
-
and don't forget that if new york city were to secede it would have the 7th greatest GDP in the world
-
yes, i was speaking of overall damage. as well, it depends on your acid. permanganic acid would certainly cause more damage at pH=3 than, say, acetic acid would at pH=1. fluorosulfonic acid at pH=3 would be much more damaging than your average carborane acid

yes, you can say that a news station is "of, relating to, or constituting a subject" followed by something about the actual subject
