ay, as our fearless leader said, we have too many illegal immigrants to grant amnesty to, and we must get rid of them, but at the same time our borders are safer than ever

we have lost the separated powers. it's gone. i strongly urge dems to use the necessary and proper clause to do something about our government

haha your post has no significance whatsoever

in the words of dave eggers, we are owed barack obama explained the downfall of the united states in a recent speech so clearly; we are stretched too thin. our exports are nothing compared to our imports. the great years of america are over, we will soon find. and now there is no separation of powers. rather, we are faced with a republican majority everywhere. are are so owed, but blind to it

well...... you could add water, heat to, say 75 celsius then pour off the water, then "boil" whatever dampness remains. that should remove all polar/ionic solutes. actually to be more accurate you could use sulfuric acid. as for nonpolar solutes, you may have to play around with various solvents.

actually, at those temperatures you may just oxidize oxygen with fluorine...so i'd heat it in an atmosphere of either helium or argon, but preferrably helium

oh, i totally agree that we'll never invade korea because an invasion would be nearly impossible

haha, i feel the same. i need about $120 for a hotplate and another $100 for some more chemicals and lab equipment. i'm going to be a merchant tho; buying various goods and selling high to people at school. and nah, dont get the wrong impression; im not going to be dealing drugs

the carbon-hydrogen bonds are all equal in bond radius, bond energy, etc, and the polarity is no exception; polarity remains constant in all C-H bonds. the H ends of methane are slightly positive because hydrogen is less electronegative than carbon. as a result, the electrons used in bonding are farther from hydrogen, leaving more positive ends. it's interesting that you ask that, as i have asked many people on many forums and i still do not know. one thing you can do is look at various reactions. for example, if you heat sulfuric acid and potassium nitrate, you will get nitric acid and potassium sulfate. potassium is a more active cation than hydrogen, so it chooses to go to the sulfate ion, which is more active as an anion than the nitrate anion. if you look at sodium phosphide, it reacts with water forming sodium hydroxide and hydrogen phosphide, because the hydroxide anion is more active than the phosphide. maybe some day i will have the time to figure out a table for these. as of yet, however, i have yet to see an anion more active than the sulfate anion. i also believe that the nitrate anion is second to the sulfate or at least very close.

im not going to support the figure of 10 million, but i will say that invasion of north korea would surely result in millions of casualties. the korean army is like a bunch of bloody robots, and they consist of 6.3 million soldiers. of course, they wouldnt ALL fight to the death, but quite a bunch would, i would imagine. also, factor in the prospect of kim jong il using nukes and novichok agents and you have a very disturbing picture forming

It's Happening: A terrorist refuge on the net

neither clinton nor bush are responsible for the attacks (at least i believe). i believe bush and clinton (to some degree) are responsible for not stopping the attacks. clinton tried, as he met with advisors every day for over a year and actually stopped an attack on LAX. bush on the other hand did not meet with security advisors once before the attacks, and spent the majority of his first months on vacation -
you compare the polarity of individual bonds. the C-H bond in methane is slightly polar (according to pauling). the shape is a tetrahedron. as a result you have a bunch of C-H bonds going out in all directions, and thus there are no opposite poles. there are 2 C=O bonds in carbon dioxide. these bonds are both quite polar, but the compound itself is nonpolar because there arent "ends" that are of opposite charges.

there is very, very little danger in 150cpm u-marbles. if you have a few thousand and you hold them next to your crotch for a few days, you probably wont be able to produce children. other than that youre safe

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah libya! got any other countries with marginally effective governments? -
the patriot act itself does nothing. the government uses it to back up their actions...like arresting and deporting people perhaps something is needed but the patriot act is just a sham by the neo-cons to let us know that they can screw us over all they want

dude youre taking two examples, one being from an individual school, and pretending they actually are enough to tip the iceberg to the left. try again

It's Happening: A terrorist refuge on the net

mardigan, i understand the threat he posed. i was just saying that clinton was not inclined to capture him because the ends would not justify the means last i checked everybody was leaving iraq and the british have all but given up. what is the significance here?? it's especially tough when you dont even justify your statement. hey, if you were to justify it, i'd probably gain a little respect for you. i have little to no respect for those who blindly flaunt their unjustified opinions as just as meaningful as my own justified opinions. first half of the "sentence": i think the majority of us can say the constitution isnt so bad. i will say that it is incredibly poorly written, and it spells "pennsylvania" incorrectly, for example. it is only 4400 words, so it is very short. as a result we have had to ammend it many times in order to achieve a better good. despite this i dont have much against the constitution in its ammended version. second half of your "sentence": are you assuming that all those who do not appreciate the constitution fully are terrorists? in that case, send the troops to the white house and kill the president and most other neo-cons. yep, they've taken authoritarian rule and they just love to flaunt their authority. patriot act, anybody? -

and a great bunch of them are pissed off like never before. i dont see reasoning in your statement. perhaps clinton could have had him, but this was before he was much of a threat. the ends would not justify the means in the case presented to clinton, or so he believed -
actually, it's funny you mention that, as the patriot act has allowed the government to arrest quite a few people without a warrant

sorta...it's all relative to your opinion of an ionic bond
