somebody please help me this project's due on monday

I know but it doesn't have enough gravity

Hey I was just wondering if anyone could help me. I have a space colony project which requires to build a colony on mars. My question is how to create artificial gravity cuz that is 1 of the requirements. I was thinking if my colony was shaped like a donut and there was a giant spinning wheel in the middle there would be enough centripetal force to give artificial gravity to my colony. Also, if please dont give me any ideas that require the colony to be in orbit around mars; I want the colony to actually be on the surface. Thanks in advance:D
