  1. You have .55 moles of compound, it contains double that of X and 56g of remaining mass is X. So if 2 X weighs 56g, how much does 1 X weigh in grams? Thats .55 moles of X, how much would 1 mole weigh?
  2. Thats why i said waft and doing it on a windy day. Dont do this inside or stick your nose inside the glass or whatever.
  3. And i gave you the reactions in your previous topic. That really happens you know. Try it out with 10 ml of each on a windy day OUTSIDE, and wave a bit of gas towards you, that prickly sensation is chlorine. That tiny bit you waft towards you isnt dangerous, but DONT stick your nose in the container!
  4. And vinegar and milk arent solutions in water?
  5. That system can be, and will be as it is a step of the normal operations procedure checklist, switched to automatic, if not already on there.
  6. Electrons dont move between negative poles. Read up on redox chemistry
  7. Warmed by? A microwave? Microwaves only excite watermolecules. This means they start vibrating more (vibrating = energy = heat). This heat has to be transferred to the glass.
  8. Ok then define this opposite viewpoint for me.
  9. What actions??? Its his own freaking house! Its like being sued for not wearing clothes while showering.
  10. No but she wasnt supposed to be on HIS OWN PROPERTY in the first place. Not saying it is pleasant, but you dont HAVE to look at it, it isnt like he was forcing her. Somehow i have the feeling you have an emotional problem with this yourself.
  11. It starts with the closemindedness and jealousy of other ppl. And so what if he was seen? It wasnt as if he was shoving his wang into that women's face.
  12. The entire forced clothes business was to protect gay priests from that era
  13. You mean hot packs? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heating_pad
  14. Why should a child be protected from a glimpse of genitalia? Dont get me wrong. I still oppose any kind of pedophilia here, but you make it sound like when a child glimpses someones genitalia, they should be shot on sight, thereby forgetting the fact that they will learn all about those once they reach puberty.
  15. Oh my god, dudes other than myself/my husband have a wang? To the police!
  16. PROVE it works, and not by using a drawing in which you already assume the angle between A and B, your drawing itself shows you need that angle in order to get d and e
  17. NH4 means there are 4 hydrogens attached to that N. The whole thing is 1 single ion with +1 as a charge. Lets name that X+ for a while. Making ammonium sulphate with that would result in X2SO4. Replacing the X with ammonium: (NH4)2SO4. The () are needed to distinguish between 2 ammonium and NH42. The latter obiously does not exist.

Just take it from me its main ingredient is sodium hypochlorite. I had to run from it once...

Im not taking it out on you, im trying to prevent anything bad happening to you. But since you dont care, why dont you throw every chemical you can find in the household cabinet together and watch the pretty stuff. If you really were learning, you would at least have googled for stuff here instead of being ignorant. EDIT: didnt see there was a 2nd page already

    Like acids, in which this happens (although i doubt you care about reaction equations or safety at all) H+ + OCl- --> HOCl 5 HOCl -> 2 Cl2 + ClO3- + H+ + 2 H2O

Because bleach contains more ions than just a bit of NaOH. START GOOGLING!!!!
  22. No, i guess its some troll under the misguided exception that ppl with brains wouldnt get laid.

You have any idea what a strong acid does to hypochlorite? Or do you think making toxic green clouds is somehow cool?

As i recall, simple acid base reactions are not strong enough to induce atom fusion to heavier elements.
  25. Do you know what the 3 compounds in black powder do?
