  1. I'm taking mine off immediately, but what about the one my dog has on; should it stay or go?
  2. It was just a freakin whimper.
  3. LOL. Oh I forgot. You're a troll now. Say, I've always wondered if you guys have some kind of ranking system so the trolls with the most senority get the bigger bridges or is more like there's an open bridge and you just move under it?
  4. ROFL A male prostitute to male clients........ That WOULD be justice. But alas, there is no real justice in THIS world. We can only hope that he'll find lots of sadistic gay lovers with bad hygiene and STDs in hell.
  5. LOL. I suspected that a newcomer or two might be you.....was I right?
  6. Quote ""It is the Universe's mind's (ID), a short definition for the thinking mind of the Universe that is carrying out its work by directing live species everywhere, to do its bidding--through programming each individual's pre-stored information. When UIDE implants commands into individual minds, in their DNA or equivalent software, prior to (or even after) their birth, billions of humans and other species build together on these pre-programmed orders. The Hubble telescope team has made an alarming discovery. It has focused on a distant cluster that has the form of a human DNA helix. (Of course it is not the human form) but it sure looks like a DNA helix through the Hubble space telescope. What does that imply? "" End Quote It implies that if you look at the clouds long enough you might see a bunny rabbit or two. BTW, If it is "not the human form", what form is it? ........ ........... Quote ""On a recent broadcast at the program Coast to Coast with George Norway, a guest said: that if DNA is recovered from a person and placed at a distant location, and that same person has an emotional response to some stimuli, the measuring of vibrations of the DNA responded. If this is true, there may be an answer to instantaneous information being transmitted over a long distance. I prefer to think long and hard about this. "" End Quote But its not true. Its George Norway Coast to Coast. http://www.fripro.com/AIDE.html
  7. For heaven's sake man. Just read the book and you'll understand.
  8. hey Fred's back!
  9. I think I'm freakin out.
  10. Yep...what a piece of crap. That case went on for around a week. I wonder how a judge could let it go on like that??? And the ACLU gladly takes his case. Something like 66 out of 70 of his church members are relatives....LOL

    Abortion Survey...

The law? I didn't realize that this was a debate about the legality of abortion. Is that why everybody keeps telling me it is ok, because its legal? I already heard about the supreme court's interpretation of Roe v Wade.... about 35 years ago. I thought that this was a survey about people's opinons regarding abortion.
  12. I guess they are just heartless, not stupid. I just read the wiki article about Phelps. He's quite a piece of work!
  13. I was simply attempting to clarify for you. That is all. Only my wife and my son have emotional control over me. When my computer gets too complicated I pull the plug to end its pain and put it out of its misery.

    Abortion Survey...

No dugh. Until I become KOTW and change everything.
  15. I'm not attacking anyone's stance. I am stating my stance. I'm pretty sure that I am entitled to do that, or am I only entitled to state my stance if I just so happen to agree? And what the heck is wrong with the logic? I merely accept that people find it easier to condone many unpleasantries when they can displace themselves from the act. I believe that this is often true in the preparation of our food, the killing of our "enemies, enacting the punishment of our worst criminals, eleminating unwanted pregnancies, and ending the lives of the sick and/or disabled.

    Abortion Survey...

About legislating my morals on others, I am not the KOTW (King Of The World). But if I were........ I certainly don't equate the life of a bacterium, fly, pig, cow or chicken with a human a life or the life of an unborn or potential human. I doubt that you do either. BTW: I said if it is indeed a life....I still believe that you can't have it both ways.... This is starting sound like the discussion about eating a pig vs eating a baby........

    The Onion

I love the onion! I'm a fan of their T shirts and coffee mugs too!
  18. No. I'm pretty that I have presumed the correct amount.

    Abortion Survey...

If it is indeed a life (and I agree with you that it is) and a human life. Then we should call a spade a spade so ending it prematurely should be called murder; no matter what the personal feelings are of the host.
  20. It is VERY different because you have entered into a contract for the rent, lease, or purchase of the property from the funeral home or cemetary. The contract grants you rights of use and privilage on that property. The same is true of a banquet hall, a private club, an apartment or a hotel room. At Walmart, you are just passing through.

    Abortion Survey...

I believe that what you are saying is that in the case of abortion, it is akin like cutting off a toenail, but in another situation it is a double murder. That is a heck a lot of grey. Sounds too much like when people impose their own feelings and emotions onto a pet, trying to make them more human than they really are. Personally, I feel that it is more black and white than that. It is either a life or it isn't. Period.

    Abortion Survey...

I don't think you can have it both ways.
  23. I think part of the problem here is, it is too easy with today's technology to distance our selves from reality, the act of killing a human being. Sort of like the people that love eating their meat but critisize hunters because killing is barbaric or the fact it is easier to push a button and kill thousands because we don't see their eyes. How about we make it legal so long as the person doing the assisting has to get dirty during the act. For example, they can only "help" by hacking the person to death with a dull hatchet or suffocating them with a clear dry cleaning bag while staring into their eyes..... That should make it more real and interesting for all the assisted suicide advocates.
  24. Yep. Many mistakes are correctable but death is permanent (at least in the normal sense) . More than one person has been convicted by an imperfect jury of their "peers", sentenced by an imperfect judge, and put to death by an imperfect system for a crime he/she did not commit. But just one should be more than enough to prove that it is a bad idea.
  25. Public? A funeral is definitely NOT a public event. The defendants in the case being discussed claimed that the funeral was a public event, but that is nonsense of course, and they lost. If they want to protest down main street that is one thing, but a funeral is another. One party certainly does not have the right to interfere with the rights of another party. Privacy is definitely a right whether it be out of doors (eg, a funeral) or indoors (eg, a bedroom).
