recombinant DNA consist of a vector and the gene which is needed to be cloned ........after getting access to a cell the vector along with gene multiplies and after cell division we get multiple copies of the recombinant DNA.........can anyone tell me what happens to the vector part of recombinant DNA after the gene cloning process is complete.........as per i know it remains in the progeny......but our purpose is to clone the gene not the vector which is carrying it ........so finally the vector should be removed from the cell but this is not the case ..........why is it so?

people it is legal to download a book freely in our country ............and if net is providing options to downbload i don think there is any harm in downloading it because all chapters of a particular book are not important we need only few portions to study and for that buying the whole book is not useful ...........it costs alot too.......i am not here for some illegal work so stop debating on that

agree with you people ............i just read an essay from a small child who wants t obecome a tv in his future life because tv is so much loved and cared by his family members that he himself wants to be it to get those love and care............i think shows should be watched according to your age ...........parents must block channels which are showing dirty stuffs .........watching tv for sometime is good but dont let your children depend fully on it for entertainment
