Now that she has studied the Planck data, Dr Mersini-Houghton believes her hypothesis has been proven. Her findings imply there could be an infinite number of universes outside of our own. She said: 'These anomalies were caused by other universes pulling on our universe as it formed during the Big Bang. 'They are the first hard evidence for the existence of other universes that we have seen.' What do You guys think?

I personally have no links to such stories,it is the first time I hear about them from the article quoted in my OP. Perhaps searching by Internet I can find them,if they are well documented,but I am not sure if it is worth the time

Hello All, Here and there is talk that many worlds/multiverse cannot be tested. But what about Elitzur-Vaidman bomb test in 1990s? Hasn't it demonstrated validity of this interpretation? Hello All, Recently I came across F.Tipler' paper(who is famous MWI supporter) arguing that non locality can be used as the evidence for the multiverse. Here is the abstract: "I show that observations of quantum nonlocaltiy can be interpreted as purely local phenomena, provided one assumes that the cosmos is a multiverse. Conversely, the observation of quantum nonlocality can be interpreted as observation evidence for a multiverse cosmology, just as observation of the setting of the Sun can be interpreted as evidence for the Earth's rotation." and here is the paper: http://arxiv.org/pdf/1008.2764.pdf I am personally not fan of MWI,therefore the question is if it is possible to interpret the same data in other/different ways.
