You want to set up your own home lab?? Why? If you're already in academics why don't you find someone at your school with a real lab or ask a University professor for some bench space. I have 3 undergrads in my lab and they're ALL worthless. I'm sure you wouldn't be much worse than them

Hello everyone! I've been lurking on SFN for a few months now and finally decided to create an account. I'm a graduate student at the University of Iowa in Molecular Biology and have a pretty diverse set of interests. I am looking for a little help from this community though.
