  1. Very simple riddle for org. chemists: If you heat tablet of aspirin (this is test for the presence of acetylsalicilic acid), you can smell acetic acid. How is this possible since there is no water avaliable for hydrolysis of ester? Formula: 2-(acetyloxy)-benzoic acid.
  2. You measure the appearance of NADPH. Your blanc is: all components except your sample (enzyme), in some cases it is recomemnded to measure blanc, where substrate (G-6-P) is missing (NADP/NADPH is a cosubstrate in many reactions). So, where is the problem? I need more info!
  3. What the hell is this equation? Aproaching zero, y became fractalized (?). It goes up and down in incredible way.
  4. Kdaj si pa ti nazadnje govoril slovensko?
  5. In this way (OH- + CO2 = HCO3-) CO2 dissolve in your blood, with the help of carboanhidrase. During exercise, H+ ions from lactate, react: H+ + HCO3- = H2O +CO2.
  6. It is important that molecule interact with water (with weak bonds, this mean negative enthalpy): glucose (nonionic) forms many H-bonds, ethanol form H-bonds + dipole-dipole interactions, on the other hand, ionic compound AgCl is insoluble, so other thinks are also important (lattice energy etc).......
