Or get someone else to do it first.

I ride a rode bike in 0 degree weather. Full body circulation and coverage are critical and it is just short of Flatliners, if you remember the movie. At about 45 minutes the unavoidable sweat cools the groin to the point of being painful. I usually wear a wet face mask. I also wear a turtle neck type piece which is the most important garment. The air can get cold to the extent where there is a sensation of being in a walk in freezer. There is this "breathablity" and "wicking" technology they always try to sell these garments with. Key is air lock. Sweat drips out the ankles or is locked into the outer windbreak jacket. I use poly-urethane coated fleece material. Invaluable for an arctic expedition. I heard of numerous cases of people dieing from various causes. The most likely cause is never blamed and that is pollen. Especially pine pollen due to the thickness. They always try to blame it on an enlarged heart or mold spores. Obviously pollen.

Science of criminal punishment. Scare you? Obviously the geographic center of the USA is around Oklahoma City. The capital is actually on the East side of the country? Why would a deviant such as McVeigh now target such an obscure location? These people do what? He walks away now? You perhaps have no mind which you want to share. That fine. I have a concept of reality I want to make available. Is that OK or is America closed now? You kill a few people in America I have to go over seas to do what? Kill 50 thousand? The discussion is criminal justice. What would make you realize that law breakers really do need to be stopped? Perhaps nothing. It is like was said in the beginning, maybe it's cliche first amendment. At some point people will not listen because Honey BoBo is killin' us and you can't make her stop. No. Don't want to deal with her because she is disgusting to the point of no return. But you have to make her stop because as stupid as we all are some of us feel the need to protect ourself from shitheads such as this. Maybe you don't feel threatened. Where is your civil responsibility? Just because Ho BoBo pops up and knocks you out . . . as if I were speaking of a child who had done something unthinkable. The EVIL inside. Tell me you are evil. I don't want evil people to make decisions. But I'm not asking as a matter of ethics or morality -- or lack thereof -- what is the science on making it stop? We HAVE empirical data, eh? Or you don't want to talk about it? Snowden is the only person who is allowed to order live fire BTW.

Criminal justice. How do you define this science? People are people? Capitalism itself is a form of accepted criminal behavior. How do you build up the prosperity without criminals tearing it down? Jesus said "you are a city on a hill". How far does one go to: Stop crime. Deter crime. Punish crime. Threaten crime. In the Old Testament BF'ing would get you kick out of the society. Everything else apparently was kosher. Or deserving of a death penalty. In our day, we have prison to hold criminals. Also people who would prefer to live in prison. Very odd housing situation. The psychology science. Criminals commit crimes. Is there a retribution requirement? I say yes. Eye for an eye. Poke out the eye. A God cannot have more determinism than this can he? But we are not fools are we? The crimes that were committed will be committed again. I believe the best way to a mans heart is by his pension. The bible says 7 generations may haunt you. I'll take one judge and judge the second and third by the standards of society. Fruit does ripen. Does crime ripen itself? Does mathematics not state that 2+2=4. Jesus says take it 7X7. Question: What if I choose to do nothing? Is it a crime? As in absolute nothing, it should not be a crime. You would be like a tree, or less than this. Trees are not criminals. Ignoring a crime is to accept it as legal. Where are your laws? The fear and difficulty when dealing with crime, seems to me, is the necessity to face crime. No one want crime to effect him or her. Yet criminals are like teachers. They are intelligent. Must have been at this a long time. They quite possibly could make criminals of us all. Especially those who are exposed to them.

twelve quarters on a cue ball is the pummel of a sword as much to blame as the man who welds it?

I thought the question was connect the 20 dots and get 30 simple lines. Is this the sphere with lines, cut to the center. There are 12 pieces. Looking at the tetrahedron of the dodecapentahedron, at what angle are the adjacent non-members?
-
This question is simple. Given the exact distance, this exact distance is the movement. Duh? If you tell me that we would reach the 104G prior to my ingenious inception, I would ask you to move the planet. You have to place a limit on these things. Besides, I think you probably wrote the "magnatar" wiki yourself. There is no such thing as a "magnatar".

Retaliatory opinions are in vain. I've grown up on nutrient supplements and dietary scientific digression. I see nothing wrong with manipulating our environment to be a healthy as I am. Healthier even as the environment often effects human health. I used to (and still do at times) pedicycle transit with a face mask for breathing purposes. The question has been asked before and jury is out IMO as to whether or not humans can sustain themselves, as it were. Behavior is then the next issue. At some point we will start killing each other, regardless of the density. Quite the density. On the end of the stick there is stupidity. I've seen the stupidity-and-a-stick tactic move forward with some success. Unfortunately it has not been to the betterment of great nations. Ignorance as bliss has it's turn as well. Nothing halts over reproduction however, although emigration may be on the rise.

Fume hooding and some sort of pollution mitigation may be required. This is for personnel safety and environmental protection respectively, even if this is a non-hazmat laboratory. Fuming chemical is "cooking" the batch and discouraged by most scientific professionals. You should have tested any experiment on a small scale, reviewed accepted science and laws applicable explicitly concerning this experimentation. Further more you may need to peer review your mission statement. Prodiamine is an example of WTF. I personally would flag the compound. Factor any potential local health effects as a form of assault. Most countries do not regulate things such as smoke from a wood fire. Some do however. Any odor at all may be a violation. These are typically local ordinances. . .\ There are restrictions regarding elicit substances, illegal substances (ricin comes to mind), ballistic substances (nitro addition requires reciprocal attenuation, say, Killo Joules = energy do some physics, safely attenuate). Radio-active material is a hazardous substance and resultant wastes should be handled by the appropriate facility. Radiology is a dose sensitive science, so you should not be working with this material at home. There are actually surprisingly few regulations regarding anything that isn't a "social determent". I.e. prohibition. Suggestive legislation is sometimes in err. Statues may require you to have some sort of a permit. The permit acquisition would entail some sort of a requist or inspection. Most regulatory bodies do not require critical peer review. Somewhat rare but economic value of said experimentation could be regulated. Who you work for and where the reagents come form could be regulated. End use is of importance, even if the product is not for sale. I should add that some municipalities explicitly prohibit industrial chemicals and things of this nature. There may be laws of precedence which will define these areas. Fire safety is another concern. Most municipalities require some sort of 'legitimate' use of combustion, possibly necessitating prior authorization (warning or a fine). Bottom line, if you do something in bad taste or with disregard -- there sure as shit will be consequences. This forum is a great place to run your ideas over people who are smarter than me. They will be able to assist you in developing scientific experiments.

The fractal of mmm-human nature. The paper is benign and will not score anyone an executive GLF4. Didn't evolve me. So...I'll evolve myself. The Snowden thing won't fly either, so... Human Nature. Fine stuff.

I'm still not privy to the Numerology. Is this like birthdays, my credit cards expiration date and 666 = yatzee? Or try...I drop a coin (any coin in my hand because I'm a clutz) 100 times over the course of several months. The coin lands heads 90%. An otherwise (presumed) random event behaves non-randomly in examination of statistics. All coins have a heads and a tails. Another one. Flip a coin. It has a value. Negate the value. This is your prediction. Flip it again. The odds are no longer 50/50 due to general entropy of the randomness itself. What was heads will be tails and what was tails will be heads.

Truely falling under the category of "Other Sciences" . . . what do you think? I had PTSD a while back and had to take estrogen. It's why his mastoid processes were so large. I guess we'll call this a military science discussion.

The sad thing is, the graphs looks as though they are 'leveling' on the 400 ppm line. It's almost as if the climate were a silly drunk which was willing to play along with our games. Although change does not come easy, the climate may just be far more willing to go along with schemes of apocalypse than we would have thought. When the head is underwater, will Gods hand hold it down? We are far too intelligent to allow the earth to be martyred.

Haven't had any moss infestations have you? Those are nasty. Speaking of weeds twenty years ago there were different weeds than there are now, here in south east PA. I went to a quarry about a year ago and I saw some weeds that I hadn't seen for years! Of course there was a chemical line across them. I dug into my back yard about 5 feet deep (putting in a recirculating outdoor hydroponic, never saw plastic) and it actually brought up plants that were around a long time ago. Dinosaur diggin'. Seed dispersal topic request: ChemLawn's formulation will hardy up the seeds, flower them, and have dandelion spores in late October. The offspring are then slaughtered in the subsequent application (its an all in one mixture) as retribution for smelling like dog feces. It'll make leaves fall off of trees any time of the year. If you are wondering where the clover came from or why, it is because you have mulch. Poison Ivy also comes from mulch. Qualify this. Clover usually comes from animals eating it I believe. You would not have a magnificent dispersal, outside of a tornado, due to the fact that yes, Jack, these are wingless beans. Anyone see Earnest becomes Electro-man? Only saw trailers.

"Sensitive in Washington State", Well good it is a very opportunistic species. In Pennsylvania we have a ready supply. I've blown the stuff once or twice as an add on. For primary growth, after all, it is not very difficult to get rid of and it doesn't grow so heighthaly that it blocks out sunlight. Its kind of weak but yet it grows in cracks. It pulls out nicely. On that note, I used to have 0 poison issues in my area. Now a days gardeners do not yank this stuff. Won't even weed wack it. If precision herbicide is not warranted, I'll put on vynils and yank it out. This plant would go well on a salad. Probably there for horses and cows. Did you ever see any wild parsley?

What I like about genetic decoding is being able to see the DNA of a plant. Plants can have some "stuffy" DNA sometimes. Like a stuffed up nose. Without actually putting hands-on the DNA it is still possible to qualify one hybrid as being "genetically superior" to another -- which may have otherwise identical traits. Has anyone looked into this field of study? It's probably a goldmine.

That study doesn't state the duration of the diet, if the rats were raised on the diet or if the rats had other food to eat as well during the study. You have posted what is potentially career suicide if I cannot find the instrument of this interesting paper. I'm just saying this, you know rats don't normally eat rice at all. anyways The GMO may have differences of substance due to the lack of certain genetic characteristics. The (anomalous) lack of a trait is more common than is the presence of, say, multiple copies of a gene.

I'm fairly certain that an increase of global CO2 would not have an effect on this location for at least 12 hours if not for months. CO2 will diffuse rather quickly (especially in the wind) but the location is very, very remote. Therefore we would see only a steady increase. It's sort of like the question what if everyone in the world jumped up in the air all at once. It's possible but it's not happening right now and it stands to reason that it would not continue ad nauseam. Perhaps what I am getting at is that there are "contributors" and "consumers" of CO2. The human population does factor in at this site but to an extent that, by design, is minimal. There is data collection done in Antarctica, California and other remote sites. The data, if you watch the video, is measured with a high degree of precision. But the data site in this instance certianly could be in a "sea" of "contributors" and "consumers". I'd hate to shatter any preconceptions of a "perfect gas law" world but it is actually a far more plausible theory. This location is in all likelihood (given the lack of ruminants) untouched by mankind. Now there may well be just this much pressure on the CO2 situation, I don't know. I heard that CO2 released into the environment persists, as an individual molecule, on average: 100 years. Have you heard this? Maybe we would think of it as the greater storage from which there is a little input, a little output -- we tend to takeout less than we put in. 0.0397% atmospheric CO2. If that were the sales tax, you would have to pay $100.04 for every $100 purchase. Total tax 4 cents. In Pennsylvania, where I live, the sales tax is 6%. Total tax $6.00. A physicist with an engineering eye could tell you the exact number of people you can fit into a phone booth. Between 30 and 50. Space is expansive. Just wrap your mind around it. So the volume of air is very great, especially considering gravity confines our perspective to the 2 dimensional domain. I kind of liked the possibility of temperature influence on the CO2. That only works with water AFAIK. At this point I think we need calculations. The Earth's Atmosphere The total mass is 5.3 x 1018 km which is about 1 millionth of the total mass of the planet (5.97 x 1024 kg). The km looks like a typo. (_shit) a millionth is a good size eh? Maybe it's not enough barium. World Watch These folks out of Washington DC say global carbon emissions are (by extrapolation) 8G tons. 16×10¹² lbs convert metric 7.27×10¹² Kg. Right off, looking at these numbers I can say that human fossil fuel consumption is amongst the least of our concerns. I'm calculating 0.0001372% total CO2 increase after a given year. Based upon the questionable number I a working with. We were talking about local sources. I think don't the human source could have an effect even if it was traveling on the coaxial from those numbers. Anyways, let us burn gasoline up wind of the governments unrecognized precision. . .idle a caravan of buses in the close proximity.

Google maps "Mauna Loa co2 site" Not completely remote. By the shadow cast by the aerial structure it appears to be >100 feet tall. I've considered the possibilities of cold snaps local to the location, and the consequent use of combustion sourced heating. On the google map I did see one vehicle, so the perimeter roadway is traveled. Relatively few vehicles though. The majority of delta in the graph is not demonstrating characteristic of diffusion. This is especially true given the sharp drop in the evening. If I were to complain about anything it's that the site is surrounded by vegetation. There may be more collection points other than the one I am assuming is on top of the aerial. I saw a picture of a white tube on the coast on one of the CO2 sites. The deforestation on the western side of the island looks unprofessional, left a scattering of downed trees and while there is a fence of some sort, I haven't located livestock or livestock facilities. Given the electrification, a wood burning stove is real hassle. On the East side the community of Hawaiian Paradise Park demonstrates that the Majority actually likes trees.

The station is located well in the Pacific Ocean. I believe station itself is also remotely located from a Hawaiian standpoint. I believe it was the deliberate intention of the stations design to be as isolated from point sources as possible. There may be a heavy breathing Spanish fisherman off the coast, but traffic should be about as infrequent as to glance a monthly data point. Airline traffic is a concern. Hawaii is not a fly-over-state. There is the possibility. For a million dollars a year you expect WAH? OK so barring a fat guy eating a ham sandwich and talking on phone while taking data points... The human generated CO2 is consistent. It may vary on Sundays, globally everyone is on the same 7 day per week calender. Today is Monday. The consistency is only icing on the fact that decreases up or down, or no? would have a small if not negligible data variance? At any rate, substantial CO2 reduction/increase would have been news worthy enough for me to have heard about it. Airline traffic usually has a down time of about 7 hours or so in the evenings. If winds were blowing from an airport towards the data collection point, human sources may have contaminated the air specimen. Unfortunately that same time period also correlates with diurnal fluctuation. Strange thing about this last graph, however is that the data not only goes up -- it also goes down.
-
It's probably of some importance to determine what causes the 'predictable' fluctuation over the course of a year. Perhaps something to do with temperature or any other meteorological event? It comes up, takes a hard determined cut downward and pops up again. We can rule out direct human caused CO2.

The outcome of not being truthful is what is at stake. This is written into the US Constitution in such a way that may be too lax. Misleading statements that in someway violate a social contract or in any other way result in harm will result in complaints of another party. So you have privacy concerns. The social contract concept is key to any intrapersonal communications. Everything is sort of just like a mistake.

People who go all the way the front of the bottle neck slow the system down due to the absolute necessity to now stop. So it is not really merging it's an intersection regardless of who does the stopping. When I drove denser traffic the rule of thumb I have is to use the brake pedal as little as possible. Red brake lights induce an undulating effect of stop and go. What I do is make predictive slowdowns coming in the brake lights so that I will not have to use my brakes. This results in a constant speed that can now accelerate. The transit system in Berlin is very purist in philosophy. Moving from point "a to b", they minimize the amount of time for a stop, service as many people as they can all at once, and accelerate as much as possible to spend the least amount of time as they can moving slowly. The S bahn loops a 25 mile diameter in under one hour and make about 20 stops. This is equivalent to somewhere near 70 miles an hour. You can hop on a train somewhere within 5 minutes. It's really nice to be able to move at such speed and not have to worry about the potential safety implications. Merging at a 120 mph is not fesible in a domestic passenger driven vehicle. NASCAR does demonstrate that it is possible to not only drive fast, but also drive like an asshole. All with relatively few safety issues. It is obviously a "death" sport. Most sports do not involve "death" as a possible outcome which one should be aware of.
