In my view when we relate or compare two incident of far distance, then only time dilation occur. Otherwise there is no time dilation. Time is same for everyone in local frame of reference. (For time, considering the frame of reference is important. )

For mass converting into energy, I think we can give example of fat person become slim by making exercise. If it is correct example, then in my view only movement has converted mass into energy.

I am not expert in this field. In school I had heard that Man was came from monkey. If this is true, then why not now also that process is not running. i.e. Why not now also Monkey is not converting into Man. (Or Monkey is not giving birth to a well knowledge Monkey (Man))

Thank you 'IM Egdall'. I have searching example like this. It may converted to heat energy. As I see this example. I think to convert mass into energy, there must be another energy like heat must exist. Without energy, will we not convert the mass into energy? Like, if we give a mass a force to move and by fast movement it get converted to energy.

I have also asked how the process go. How can we convert huge mass into energy?

Please don't call the space as the nothing. Did you have not read the theory or speculations? (Edit) If we consider 'nothing' as a word, then this word is also not 'nothing'. It is something, because 'nothing' word is existed. We will not identify it by any words or signs or by anything. Identification for the 'nothing' is only done by the things which are existed now or existed at past. The real nothing is out of imagination. * We imagine the things in the way related to which was existed before and which are existed now. * Our imaginations are the continuations of the past existence or present existence. * There is no real new or real end. All things existed for ever. * But we know something and much is left unknown or from not knowing. (which are existed before or which are existed past, means presently we don't know about these. While explaining the E=mc^2, lots of people says matter/mass converts to energy. Which I read that, while converting matter into its different forms, the missed or not observed matter is equal to energy. I would like to know more, regarding to this. For matter converting into energy many people gives the example of radiating materials like uranium ect. Other than this how we convert huge mass into energy. Like earth ect....... What needed to convert matter into energy?
