I would expect there to be some temporary tissue damage/swelling. It would get to the point where the male physically wouldn't be able to continue to the end of the act; either due to pain or because of an absence of semen. Testosterone, to a large extent would be reduced therefore also lessening the desire to masturbate.

I would like to know how many of man's ancestors have their DNA listed/mapped and if their diploid chromosome numbers are known. Of course that's if the number differs from that of Homo sapiens sapiens. I'm still learning.
