  2. afiak, photons ALWAYS travel at c. isn't n(index of refraction) because photons asre absorbed and reemitted by matter?
  3. so, i can just pull it off without breaking it? thanx.
  4. i have noticed that my s key sticks for some reason. can i just pull on it to take it off, or will that break my keyboard?

he claims he worked at s-4 which is like super secret area 51 on steroids. he said he played with spaceships from aliens and they use element 115 as fuel.

well lets see, his whole thing relys on element 115, which lastest a good time(.9s?), but not nearly enough for the uses he stated. as for the actual "science" behind it, i don't remember how he said it worked. edit: just found out that he never really went to MIT.http://www.ufomind.com/area51/people/lazar/hohsfield.html also, his site explaining how the craft worked won't be up again until april.
  13. ok, i broke my leg. my leg is on earth which is in space. i'll post about it in astronomy.
  14. twin paradox is not a paradox. http://www.scienceforums.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6500&highlight=temporal+mechanics
  15. how is this astronomy or cosmology?
  16. .
  17. well, "where" means distance which means space which means it is in the universe which means the universe is expanding into itself. huh? care to elaborate?
  18. wow, i guess this thread was pointless.
  19. ok i fixed it in post 8. is it right yet?
  20. oops didn't see that. are you sure about that? i have always seen it m^2c^4+p^2c^4. i'll check when i get home. edit:even in the updated way, the photons will still have mass.
  21. using the word where somewhat implys that spacetime is expanding into spacetime
  22. ok different momentum formula gives [math]m=\frac{\sqrt{hf(1-c)}}{c^2}[/math]
  23. f and omega both represent frequency
  24. oops, hit the wrong button, the - was supposed to be a +. i fixed it. i changed the momentum to mv and the v to c f and [math]\omega[/math] are the same thing; h and [math]\hbar[/math] aren't.
