I had a friend at school who never wiped his nose. He always had two green streaks of snot above his top lip. I would watch with amazement at how he managed these two lines of bright green snot by occasionally sucking them back up his nose but, they always returned.

Hi Everyone, I was adopted at 8 weeks old and wasnt told i was adopted until I was 16 years old:doh: From an early age I felt different to my adopted faimly. I loved them and never doubted I was their son. All the time I never quite fitted in like a square peg in a round hole. Also this showed itself in a physiclal form. I soiled myself and wet the bed until I was teenager. It ws my interest in girls which made my bowels take control. Does anyone have any opions on this.

Hi Everyone, Instead of building a ribbon or a rope from nano strings to make a space elevator. Wouldnt it better to construct a tube and the build a tubeular space craft to travel inside the tube. We would need to create a partial vacum inside the tube to lesson force of gravity on the craft as, it travels up the tube. Does anyone think this is possible? (mod note: moved to general physics)
