  1. Thanks mates
  2. One of the main concepts of Special theory of relativity is that The velocity of light is a constant in all frames of reference. This concept includes the entire universe. But we havenot even explored 10% of the universe. Then how is it that we can generalise this law to the whole universe. Doesnot it look arbirary.
  3. Well, i am preparing for an exam right now. But the prescribed syllabus for the same is somewhat varied from what i had studied in my higher secondary( in the sense, it is difficult). We dont have a prescribed textbook for this examination or else i would have referred it. And as for wikipedia, i think i am a starter, and i am not able to comprehend them as they dont have separate sections for starters do they? Regarding my patience, i dont think i was pressing for answers. And all my questions were different weren't it...... Finally, if you wish to clear my doubts, i would be very happy....
  4. can anyone pls tell me how many possible isomers can alkene have. Is it two or three...?
  5. Can anyone pls explain me clearly what is meant by postion and chain isomerism?...........
  6. do alkenes show metamerism? Can anyone pls explain?
  7. Are these two compounds analogous(isomers) 2-hydroxy-propane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid 3-carboxy-3-hydroxy-1,5-pentanedioic acid Then, how is the COOH group used in these two compounds( as a substituent or functional group). As I am a starter, can u pls take the pain of explaining me in a enlarged mannner..
  8. Can anybody pls take the pain of giving me the structure of 3-methyl2-oxapentane and can you pls explain me why is it not called as 2-methyl 2 butoxide
  9. HOOC-CH2-CH2-CH-CH2-CH2-COOH COOH Sorry, I am not able to type it more clearly. It's name is 4-carboxyheptane-1,7-dioic acid. Can it also be called as pentane 1,3,5,tricarboxylic acid... Pls help me in a vivid manner...
  10. This doubt arised in me just when i was holidaying with my parents in the car. A huge load in the trunk made the car to move slow. this means, mass is inversely proprotional to velocity. But then i suddenly thought of einstein's theory. What he said was that ,when an object acquires the speed of light, its mass becomes infinite. Doesn't it mean that mass is directly proportional to velocity. Can anyone pls clear it to me in a liberal way as i am only a school student and cant understand complex terms...

    Fly in earth

My friend Betelgese toldme this.(heisa member) Let us assume that the gravity of earth is1.Since the gravity of moonis 1/6, we are able to nearly fly in moon. Suppose, we go to a planet which has gravity 2 stay there for some years and then when we come to earth, would we able to fly in earth. Please help
  12. We have found out rockets that resist the friction of our earth and do not catch fire. Similarly why is it not possible to discover a machine that travels with or greater than the speed of light. It will really boost our space research?
  13. Thank u for taking the pain of explaining it to me. Can u please explain it in a more brief manner. thank u:-)
  14. I have this great confusion. I am not able to distinguish between sky and space. I feel that sky is the space but space is black but sky is blue(generally) I am a kid in this field. So can anyone please take the pain of explaining in a easy and liberal manner. Thank you
  15. Are antimatters present anywhere in the universe. And is it really possible to create antimatters in Earth. P.S. I came to know of this when I read the book "Angels and Demons" Can anybody please help me Thank you
