  1. Yes they do. Plant can synthesize all the amino acids they need but we human cannot. Approximately, there are 8 amino acids we cannot synthesize ourself so they are called essential amino acids. We must obtain them from other organisms. As protein and peptide are large in size and usually insoluble, they are usually broken down into amino acids before the absorption of these nutrients into our blood capillaries ,which is located in small intestine. To the nutrient table (those can be digested in human body) of human, I think the most abundant composition of plant is the carbohydrate.
  2. If there are two objects, one is charged while the other is neutral. How does the surface area affect the rate of sharing of charge when they are put in contact? With the empirical one, not sure whether the experiment is perfectly carried out, I could notice my classmate touches the Van der Graff's generator with a finger feels more painful than those touches it with a hand.
  3. So you did understand him or you've already learnt the solution before his speaking?
  4. 1. Consider on a table with a zero inclination. Think about why the object is at rest on it, i.e. in its equilibrium. In my case, by considering the Newton's first law, you know where the other force is. It gives the hints to you. 2. For any force, you can always split it into x-component and y-component. In this case, you may consider the direction along the surface of slope as x-direction. With a right-angle between the forces you will draw, you will get the sum of the squares of them equals to F2.
  5. but, the detective said inhalation of a extremely tiny amount of cyanide gas can kill a person.
  6. When a detective smell the special odour of cyanide, he was alerted it was cyanide. Why doesn't the detective faint?

  12. Can Sodium hexacyanoferrate be a rust indicator too? hexacyanoferrate(II) ion is responsible for the reaction?
  13. Is the conversion of hexacyanoferrate(II) ion to cyanide ion favorable?
  14. I played with it ignoring my friends' advice. Our chemistry teacher lets us inhale some nitrogen dioxide, luckily, I ran out of the laboratory. So is it necessary for students to wear a mask before handling this reagent?
  15. Amyl nitrite is an excellent medicine to cure us when we take in cyanide. Besides curing cyanide poisoning, it also cures angina. What is an angina? The illness caused in the larynx or the coronary? And what's popper?
  16. Long time ago, I was made to carry out an experiment on the rusting of iron. I was given potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) as rust indicator. Is it toxic? I touched the gel with my naked hands.
  17. Yes, my local newspaper always mentions it. It said a husband drives his wife to her "working place" everyday without any protest.
  18. I'd think reduction of apparent wavelength merely occurs when the stroboscope frequency is higher than the wave frequency. When the case is vice versa, this one illustrates as an example, I'd think the apparent wavelength is still 1.5cm. However, Boris did find 0.75cm as the answer, but he said he is weak in illustrating the solution.
  19. Copper reacts with concentrated nitric acid to form a bluish-green solution.
  20. It shows the identical one to the chicken's. I guess this problem is stopping me from building up my own web site with my own computer.
  21. Where is an adverb put in a sentence? For example, I absolutely know it. Before the verb. I played with my dog happily. put at the back of a sentence
