  1. Yes, of course they do. But Halo: CE definitely doesn't. Half-life 2 just wouldn't be the same without the horror aspect of it, while F.E.A.R. could definitely do without some of it.
  2. A .357 bullet to the head could relieve muscular pain. But more seriously, I don't think so. I'm probably wrong, but as far as I know nothing can cure the damage.
  3. 20? my god... Are there any real adults? Not imposter's like ydoaps (ff spell check suggests soapsuds...) Personally I think it's what he said, adults may think that digitals look tacky and cheap because they're plastic and not some shiny metal.
  4. Just finished last week...or was it the week before?
  5. I dunno, it really depends on what digital watch you have... http://www.hotref.com/category/13/1309_r.jpg Does that look tacky to you? I'm trying to figure out what non-tacky watches look like...
  6. Teh Rack! Quick, natural, and guaranteed to...kill you... okay, never mind about that one. Just don't use 'supplements', they're bull.
  7. That's very odd, and at the same time very illuminating.
  8. My sister has an old Inspiron, but it barely runs, I think I'm going to have to re-install teh O.S. I have used Vista a few times, but I didn't really like it mostly because I felt like it was meant for aesthetics, rather than plain old reliability. Keep in mind this is just from a few uses at friends houses.
  9. I think adults (30+) are more interested in analog (Mr. W exception) because it looks nicer and more professional. At least, that's my opinion. Any adults want to confirm this hypothesis?
  10. a Clown is...special. Even at school he actually pronounces the 'teh'. He's a rather odd fellow.
  11. PG-13 movies are allowed the F word twice. All other swears acceptable, so T is essentially PG-13. And Donut.Hole, no need to be patronizing, we were talking about Halo: CE for quite a while, and trying to make yourself be right by changing the topic is a very n00b thing to do. By the way, you would know this if you bothered to read the thread.
  12. Plus, we can't get to a very efficient speed at the moment...if you know what I mean.
  13. We were discussing Halo: Combat Evolved, if you hadn't noticed.
  14. That was quite interesting, actually. Though I think that's actually very easy to predict.
  15. DrP that is...rather odd... I agree with Mr. Skeptic, it's just much easier to have a digital, and I use the stopwatch feature a lot. Whether it's being a smartass and timing people when they try to respond to a question, or seeing how long it takes for a level to load in Half-Life 2.
  16. Agreed. He should also attempt to hide his fetish for caps a little more. I only got about half way down before my eyes got tired.
  17. Actually yes, that's the model. Mine is just a different color, it's got a grey and black scheme. Waitasec...you've seen my watch...what the-
  18. A is too non-specific. B covers more 'ground' so to speak. Do you see what I mean?
  19. I agree with foodchain; probably B.
  20. That's another thing, digital watches are...how do I say this...expendable? They're less expensive, and thus, easier to replace. For school I don't really need to wear a dressy watch or anything, so that's probably another reason why I tend not to wear analog. I did have a Casio analog/digital hybrid at one point, but it got reeeaallly scratched up.
  21. Ah yes, the Casio PAS400B, I've seen a few of those, they're very nice watches, I was considering one, but I went for my science teacher's recommendation instead. That's also a good question, ecoli! I usually wear it on the outside, mostly because my watch looks very odd when I wear it on the inside, as in, the watchband is sort of weird looking. When I wear my analog I usually wear it on the inside so it doesn't get scratched as much as it does when I wear it on the outside.
  22. I used to like analog a lot, but after a while I was just more interested in having a watch that I could look at, and know the time in a fraction of a second. I also like clockwork, it's fascinated me for quite a while.
  23. That's a very valid point Atheist, I didn't think of it like that before. When it comes to measurements like that, you're right, it's easier for it to be more visual rather than computational. At my school there are a lot of clocks, but almost all of them are wrong, and I have bad vision, so it's easier to look at my wrist instead of looking to the other end of the room.
  24. Any reason for buying an analog? Or did you think it just looked 'cool'?
