Actualy pantaz, I am not the one going to impliment it. I just want to do the design i.e on paper and give technological detaills and since this forum is made up of experienced scientist, i just want advice on the best technologies to use i. e routers, switches, and stuff and how they are implimented. (it is for my final year project and they will ask a lot of questions.) so anything that will help me get an A in the project will be of great benefit to me...

Hi, I am a final yr student doing my project, I earlier posted on wanting to design an intranet for my school... I had some answers but I need more help on details and technology. This is how the project is all about: Our school is a multi-campus university, It has four campuses in three different regions with the campuses an average of 150km apart. what i really want to do is design individual LANs for each campus (preferably wireless), then interconnect them. I also want to design an intranet system where files can be shared, meetings can be held on-line and other stuff. The help i need from the forum is, if anyone can help me out with detailed advice on how the networking should be done (especially how to interconnect the three campuses), technologies to be used and anything that will help in the network security. Also with the intranet system, I just want ideas on any other thing that will spice it up.. It is a very big project and i really need your help... Thanks a lot..
