  1. I'm writing a report examining the link between Ozone thickness and UV dose. I have two data sets, one is Ozone thickness in Dobson units, the other is Cloud Free UV dose. I recorded these numbers over a period of time. I have a list of dates and the UV number and Ozone thickness in Dobson units for each date. I'm trying to do calculations which confirm the link between the two variables. I've tried to do T-Tests and I just can't seem to figure out if I'm using the right one. I'm not sure if I should use paired or unpaired. I'm fairly sure I should be using assumed equal variance, but I could be wrong. Anyway, my question is does a T-Test have any relevence with this data set, and if so which T-test should I be using?
