I want to see more attention to his Radiant Energy Receiver. The schematics are on the net and it seems people have had success in collecting energy. If it is capable of giving free energy to the world then it needs more attention and analyse on if thats really possible. I'm not very knowledgable on science, but the only concerns I can think of this device creating is if it was being used by the whole world what effects would it cause the earth? Hello all, pretty new to the forums and only high school level of knowledge. I don't consider my self to be natural smart and have little science knowledge. But I always believed if one does dedicated the time and effort they can reach high levels. And I was hoping the forum users here were knowledgable enough to point me in a good direction. I'm interested in Electromagnetics. From what little I have devled (mostly off the internet which I know is not always trustworthy but seems to have some interesting things) there seems to be alot of things and applications that just don't seem to be used in our common day or receive little to no attention. Now I know most peoples idea of Tesla and he is my inspiration. Regardless of the fact most people seem to treat him as a crackpot, mad scientist, and dreams of the impossible. I was wondering given the mans record of inventions that did actually work, how far fetch is it to believe that some of his crazier ideas didn't have truth behind it? Apparatus for the Utilization of Radiant Energy, The Fuelless Turbine, Unipolar Dynamo. Tho widely garned as crazy, might have some truth to them, if not new ways of understanding our would and electricity. While I do wish to discover and learn more of Tesla's designs and concepts I am also interested in other varying forms of work regarding Electromagnetics. The whole conecept of Electromagnetics just fascinates me. And so I ask my question. What classes would be recomended starting from High School only knowledge, what work fields and careers involve Electromagnetics, and if you wish your personal opinion of Nikoli Tesla (tho I feel most will have a poor view of and recomend staying away from fanciful dreams) Thank you for your time and comments.
