Or think of it as a on and off switch for your lights. When you place it in the on position, it is 1, when you turn off your lights, it is 0.

I heard this, and thought it was good. John Kerry, He throws away someone else's medals. He drives someone else's SUV. He marries someone else's wife. He inherits someone else's money. I think we should all vote for him, to go be president of someone else's country.

The problem with most news sources is that major corps own them. So then you get the bias of a report when companies like General Electric, or someone like Ted Turner owns them. Best thing to do is consider all sources of new, and make up your own mind.

I dont think viruses will be that big of an issue unless it becomes more uniform like Windows where the vast majority is using the same source code. The could attack differ programs, but if there is still many versions of the source, then it should not fail.

So could the speed of light be different? If the speed of light was to be differ, then there could be systems farther away, but ther light is half the speed so it has not reached out system yet. -
That is what I am saying, space travel has brought a few inventions. Space travel is not a waste of resources and money, except when you send a telescope to space with out a lens, or do calculations in feet and program in meters.

This is how I look at it, you can experience it in a book, in a movie, in a virtual world, or you can do it. I believe that the x prize will help out more then we can see now. What all have we gained from NASA, what inventions have be made for everyday use? I would like to one day go to a space station and spend a week in the marvel of it all. Just think, I almost forgot I started this thread.

1.) I think in some species of animals homosexual acts are acts of dominance, trying to be the alpha male of the region. 2.) There is no changing my mind on that matter. Everybody makes a choice in life, if you choose to live a certain way, you should be prepared for the consequences of that choice.

Gay marrige is a crime against nature. It is natural instinc to reproduce, homos accomplish nothing, thus are under the natural selection. Nature didnt select them to survive.

When did the president have the magical ability to wake up in the morning and cause Enrons, Martha Stewarts, so on so on. Lets not forget the late 90's bust of the great economic boom of the dot com industry. I still dont see how the president causes the stock market to go up or down.

I wont be alive then, so I wont know the difference.

There is also http://www.transgaming.com/ that is helping port games over to Linux from windows based os. A friend of mine left his Linux machine running without reboot for over a year, finally the hard drive died completely. With windows the cache fills up and doesnt release, causing the adventual restart or crash of your pc. Linux keeps from doing that allowing no reboots and preventing crashes. With being an open source program, you dont wait a couple years for the new release by a major corp, it is done by the users. Draw backs is it can be difficult at first learning commands and installing. Advantage, it is the cutting edge for an os, you can create your own if you wanted.

I like it nice and clean, only thing that has changed since the last photo, is there is now an icon for far cry. Had to add it for the mod to let you have no disk to play.

http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/Movies/10/11/obit.reeve.ap/index.html Christopher Reeve, the star of the "Superman" movies whose near-fatal riding accident nine years ago turned him into a worldwide advocate for spinal cord research, died Sunday of heart failure, his publicist said. He was 52. Reeve fell into a coma Saturday after going into cardiac arrest while at his New York home, his publicist, Wesley Combs, told The Associated Press by phone from Washington, D.C., on Sunday night. Reeve was being treated at Northern Westchester Hospital for a pressure wound that he developed, a common complication for people living with paralysis. In the past week, the wound had become severely infected, resulting in a serious systemic infection.
