Well I'm not sure EXACTLY what it was called but it was something along those lines, Crypto Zoology is the study of creatures such as Nessie and Bigfoot. Zoology = the study of animals, Crypto=decode, therefore crypto zoology means to study animals that we aren't sure exist, we're trying to deCrypt them. I dunno but there was these 2 guys and the study was taking place in BC Canada.

Thales, I know that, and I DO ENJOY the sciences and everything associated with animals and such. Money is the extra but I mean if you went to school and got your education, is it a good paying job that will giuve you some financial freedom?

I watched a documentary on this Jason fella on the Discovery channel this morning. He was in crypto zoology and was chasing a cabriosaurus I think it was called. I was just wondering if anybody else happened to see this same documentary and if anybody else is interested in crypto zoology?

Biology is my career path. However I do like Marine Biology I am interested in CryptoZoology as well ( I don't know how to spell that one :$ ). My big question is, is is a good paying job, like I know that you get paid through whatever grants you are given (is that right?), but is there enough salary there to make a good living? How hard is it to get involved in high priority projects?

I want an internal program though to capture the game footage as I go. Not to record it off the screen. I realize that the more you pay the better it gets too, was just wondering what are some good ones, prices dont mean anything right now. The guys at Red vs. Blue use some programs from Adobe.

This is a Help Me thread. I started because I am interested in making some of my own videos like the Red vs. Blue Halo ones escept with a different game. I was just wondering how I should go about doing this? What are some good screen capture utilities that I could use? Also I was wondering about sound and how to put in custom voices, almost like a movie script.

Yeah that would be awesome. I guess I knew it was screen capture utilities that did it. I just need some hepl on putting it together. When you say sound you mean just songs for like backround music or could you talk with it as it went to show that the characters were talking? Also, this Snag It software, will it let you change cameras to wherever you want or are they stationary cameras where the game puts them? Any help would be cool, watch some of the Red vs. Blue videos and you will know what cdawg and I are trying to accomplish.

Doom3 IS fun. Turning up the birghtness and contrast and shit doesn't really make the game that good though. Darkness is a lot of the effect the game's environment has on your gameplay. You get all the same guns as the original Doom games just updated versions and you get grenades and stuff like that. Buy it, download it, just play it and you'll see. I also agree with Sayo on how yu can judge a game that isn't out yet.....

Walking around in ptich black rooms adds a bit excitement to the gameplay and environment. Plus you have a flashlight...

Which program do you use to upload your site? When you do it with Microsoft it gives you a shit ass page. What are you using for site management?

The old Doom games were run-and-gun but Doom3 is a bit more than that. Even so I will agree that Doom3 is lacking a storyline but it has come a long ways from the originals. Even with the storyline lacking there is still a lot to it.
