Given that we have an entire civilization built around electricity and the movement of electrons, including the computer you're asking the question on, your question is really ludicrous.
The length of the recordings, as measured by the receiving craft will be the same. The wavelength of the recordings will be different, but the same light as measured in reality by the receiving craft will travel at the same speed.
But we know that isn't so. GPS must compensate for time dilation due to both relative motion and position in the gravity field. If it didn't, you'd be driving off a cliff.

Your hypothesis contradicts experiment and observation, and so, is doomed to end up with a whole bunch of others on the trash heap of science.
Space is mainly empty. It hasn't crashed because it hasn't run into anything. They are not going along with gravity, they're moving against the solar system's overall gravitational field.
Debate and discussion is what this site is about. Furthermore, as you are posting in Astronomy and Cosmology, it should bear some relationship to Astronomy and Cosmology. If you're trying to make some philosophical point, it should be placed there.
In either case, some relationship to science would be nice.
The first will show a different time.
The second I'm not sure about. The north pole has a higher gravitational field than the equator, but the radial speed at the equator is higher than at the pole. I'm guessing that they would cancel each other out, and the clocks would show the same time, but only calculation could confirm that.
It would help if there was some actual knowledge behind the 'original thought' . Otherwise it's empty of any content. ' Original thought' is a favorite phrase of cranks.
A photon is not a valid frame of reference, because the speed of the photon is invariant in every frame of reference, so you can't use a photon as any kind of point of view. If you could, you'd be establishing an absolute, preferred frame of reference, which Relativity tells us doesn't exist.
