Hey,
I was wondering if there is a way to solve enyme kinetics problems without drawing a graph? The question that I am trying to answer doesn't specify that a graph has to be drawn. The table i have been given has 5 substrate concentrations of each experiment and the velocities of each reaction: one with inhibitor 1, one with inhibitor 2 and one without inhibitor added.
I must find the Km and Vmax for the absence of inhibitor, presence of inhibitor 1 and presence of inhibitor 2.
Any help that you could give me with this question would be very helpful. I am clueless when it comes to this subject.
Thanks XX
